I wonder, why in the hell didn't SP demand and or Journey as a whole tone down, even a bit. Was Journey the only band that had a songbook which became voice-murder for SP. Maybe with such a demand and success that they felt they had to be different from other groups. Evan though SP is a legend and will go down in history as a badass, i would think he feels kinda like he got fucked on that deal. How many singers have lost their voice now with that songbook. That's just the thing, Deano. People put too much stock in reading into posts rather than just reading them. How do you know if I'm talking down to someone? I refer not to outright insults but when people complain about "my tone." Tone? LOL. Text lacks intonation or nuance; you can't read emotion or intent like you can in someone's voice.

Somehow, people tend to forget that.
