Thanks for staying on top of it, jrny84. I updated the schedule on the first page. Does anyone know long this tour is supposed to last? They have 27 dates now, but there's very little room to give with the no "three-in-a-row" deal.


I thought October. Maybe they're going to schedule the Florida shows then as they don't want their singer in a cold weather environment when Fall starts.


It would be SO nice to have them in Florida in the fall for once!! Summer concerts in Florida are awful, yet all the bands tour here in August, the worst month! If it's indoors, it doesn't matter, but many of them are outdoor venues!


They always do Texas in August too ... Journey in a blast furnace ... it's a tradition :lol:

I know, we did the Dallas one with you last year, but it was a dry heat. I mean hot it hot, but it feels hotter here for some reason. I can only guess it's the humidity. I didn't sweat near as much in Dallas as I did here AND my hair stayed flat and normal in Dallas, a true test! :lol: We're seeing Def Lep here outdoors in August for I think the 3rd time in 2 years! You'd think THEY'D hate being on stage when it's that hot! I don't know how they do it!

I was in Texas for 3 fucking days last year and it was 106, 108 and 110. Gayle thought I was fucking nuts jogging 2 miles in 108 degree heat. I made it, though...barely. :lol: That was an epic trip. :lol: lol..."The Mimi mobile." Love that term. And her, too. :)

There's a gap between the 8/7-8/16 and they're in the Oklahoma area at the beginning of the month so I would bet during that range that you should see something.

San Manual can hold 55k. Since the band doesn't look to have any L.A. shows scheduled, do they go for broke and release all the seats or stick to the 10k configuration?

I dont know, but I heard at one point there were some serious talk about it. Now though who knows whats going on. I recently read Heart is going to Co-headline with Journey for several dates starting in July. So far though there has still has not been any official announcement of their opening acts/co-headliners for the concerts.

Yeah, I think it is definitely co-headlining when it comes to the fair shows, not opening act shortened times which means Heart should have a decent setlist this time around.

Of course that could also mean both bands get limited to 45 minute sets.

Reading Pa hell ya, thats were Friga gave e thumbs up when i came in late with my daughter,usually they do a hershey date nearby,Im in for that one. see i still like journey damn it
