You say that like it's fact. And it's not.

It's a matter of opinion.

I'll bet if Adam wore red leather pants you might change your mind Image

Nope. I already like him. But I'm not sure he the best singer....ever!!

For me - this is the best one . . . ever  (and I adore Adam)

What does Kris' do? we cannot leave him out.

Kris sings out of the side of his mouth and on high/loud notes he really juts his jaw to one side. It's NOT very attractive. LOL

That's it! LOL - I couldn't quite figure out how to describe it :) . On one of the shows, Alison actually did a pretty good impression of him belting out that final big note the way he always does - it was cute.

It's hard to tell, but from his performance, I wouldn't be surprised if Danny went home this week. Kris's performance was pretty weak, too.

I agree, they were definitely the weakest of the 4 (and their duet didn't have nearly the impact Adam's and Allison's had).

Holy CRAP that was bad! I'm a big fan of his, but that was (in my opinion anyway) his worst performance. I hope they kick Chris off tomorrow. I'd like to see either Danny or Allison win the finale.

I missed most of it except Danny at the end.........not the best song for him, that's exactly the one I said above I thought Adam would have done. I'll have to watch it later on a different channel to catch the other ones.

Adam and Alison's duet at the end kicked a$$! Those two are great together. :)

Advice- I just told my neighbor today- Don't do Steven Tyler Dream On or anything Tyler belts out. You have to be part Cherokee/ Italian to do that. It brought down Ace Young who did do it correctly in a club. Of course it was after after AI. Didn't Michaels Johns do it too but better than Ace. They need to stop doing Perry, Tyler, Plant ,Mercury unless they want to risk it all !

Have to disagree with you there, Adam was excellent on Whole Lotta Love tonight! Danny doesn't have the right voice for Dream On, too soulful for those Tyler wails. I think Adam could have pulled it off though. I totally enjoyed Adam and Alison's Slow Ride duet too, both have killer rock voices, and look so cute together.

I agree with you Deb, Adam and Alison Rocked the house. I thought the judges were way out of line with their comments on Alison's solo performance. They are trying to make sure that Danny and Adam stay in the competition. Danny was horrible, but Kris will be going home.

Agreed, Alison did great on that Joplin song. Last 2 standing should definitely be Adam and Alison.

I just got in from the Fleetwood Mac concert in Saint Louis and turned on the DVR to hear Adam blowout "Whole Lotta Love" by Zeppelin. He rocked the hell out of it!!!

Randy Jackson proposed that Slash and Adam do an album together after Adam sang the Zep song. That would totally rock!!! Adam has a destiny as a rock god, and that's why Slash was there. Slash even said, "I never thought I would be on American Idol, but I really liked some of the contestants this season." Huh? Some of the contestants? More like one specific contestant named Adam. Who else could he be referring to? He knows a killer singer when he hears/sees one.

OMFG.... I just heard Danny sing "Dream On" by Aerosmith. It sounded like a wounded animal screeching after getting hit by an 18-wheeler. I had to plug my ears. Steven Tyler was probably pissed that he even gave permission to let Idol use it after hearing that. That was the worst final note of a song I have ever heard on this show. I'm sure Steven wanted Adam to sing it when he gave the okay on it... he would have nailed it.

I am watching Adam and Allison singing "Slow Ride" by Foghat now. Killer!!! When Adam gets an album out, I'll bet it will sell even better than Daughtry's first album did.

Adam was BEYOND amazing last night. The stage presence, the rockin'est (sorry) voice to come along in 30 years, and still put a little bit of his own into such an amazing classic like "Whole Lotta Love". I was floored.

Allison, WOW! Simon said he thought Allison was "sound-alike" and I think Simon is tone deaf. He resorts to the "sound-alike" comment when he doesn't have anything else to say. Yes, Allison has some of Janis in her DNA, but Janis never did runs like that little girl did last night.

Adam and Allison's duet, fuckin' awesome. That was rock-n-roll.

Danny. I don't care.

Kris. Out of his league.

Hard to know what all of the teenage girls will do, vote wise, but Adam's version of Whole Lotta Love just killed.
The guy is incredible. If he doesn't win, it's a complete embarrasing joke. Chris and Gokey embarrased themselves. Allison is great also and should be 2nd, but who knows the minds of teenagers?

I've got a teenage daughter (19) and she thinks Adam is by far the best. He's got that it factor. She thinks Chris is kinda cute but not a great singer, and wouldn't vote for him or Danny.

Agreed on Adam's Zepplin song.....excellent! Slash has to make a critique on all of them and I think he was right on the money with Adam. He said he's got some killer pipes and mega range that comes easy to him, but I think he was right about him bringing more of his lower range out, it's great. His performance was killer, but I see what Slash meant, he did go a little theatrical on the high range a couple times....but nothing too noticable though.....and after all he was doing Plant. :)

I've been seeing singers do that for years, so it doesn't really bother me. Have you ever watched an opera? The spit that flies out of their mouths is worse than a Gallagher concert. LOL

I also think my ears take over when watching that show and I don't pay too much attention to the facial details or their wardrobe.
