THE STORM CONFIRMED FOR Z ROCK 2010

Postby Rocker Chic » Fri May 08, 2009 4:37 am

The announcement is really early, but I thought many of you might be interested to read this. If it actually happens, it will be excellent, however... The real question is:

Just *who is* The Storm these days anyway... :?

It is with great pleasure that we can announce the headline act for Saturday May 8th 2010, we know that this news will blow away every self respecting AOR fan. THE STORM featuring the superb vocals of KEVIN CHALFANT executed contracts for the event just over a week ago for their debut appearance in the UK and Europe. We wanted to ensure the festival continued to fly the flag and THE STORM answered the call, further news re the show will be made available at Z Rock 09.

Why announce the band so early its simple, we felt that we should make it more attractive for people during these difficult times to attend and purchase tickets prior to the event. So those who buy their tickets prior to May 28th for this years event will be offered a special discounted ticket price [1 per friday or saturrday z 09 ticket] exclusive to them for a 7 week period commencing June 1st [details will be handed out at Z ROCK 09] any remaining tickets will go on general sale from July 18th.

For those who want to order now via paypal or mail-order simply go to www.zrecords.net [online store] or www.myspace.com/zrockfest please remember to include your address or call 07818 258294 if you wish to pay by cheque

For Credit Card Orders 01384 230726 or 01384 253597

On door prices will be £33 for Day 1 and £55 for day 2.

Something tells me that it will just be KC with his usual band, but with the name in front of them.

Now if they bring a bit of Rollie along then that will be something!. But i doubt it.

Here's a Storm video that I'd never seen before. It's pretty cool, but they had some strange outfits on! :?

Chalfant is the only confirmed at this stage. Should also be Josh, but definitly not Smith or Valory. Very doubtful on Gregg also.

Should be, unless it's Rick Springfield. :)
