Farrah's time is coming to an end. The doctors have pretty much ended her treatments. It's all about keeping her comfortable now that she is bedridden. She will have a self made documentery aired on May 15 on NBC.

I've read that she's pretty much passed her last written note off to her soulmate. Doesn't look good. She's pretty sure that the end is really near from what she wrote. Very short and to the point. Looks like the final farewell.

She fucked up by going to Germany for "alternative" medical treatment. Had she taken care of the reoccuring cancer back in 07', that could have saved her. She may as well have just gone to the Philippines and visited the "Quack" doctor. I don't give a fuck! That alternative medicine doesn't fucking work. That's what my girlfriend in the Philippines did when she had cancer and she ended up dying cause it spread by the time she realized what she was doing wasn't working. Alternative medicine doesn't fucking work, it just gives a false sense of positive hope is all.

On Thursday night, “Access Hollywood” reported that the actress’s 91-year-old father is flying in from Texas to be at her bedside. Cancer specialists from Germany are flying in as well.

O’Neal, who said Fawcett is down to a few words now, has also lost her famous golden tresses.

“She stays in bed now,” O’Neal said. “The doctors see that she is comfortable. Farrah is on IVs, but some of that is for nourishment. The treatment has pretty much ended.”

O’Neal revealed for the first time how the anal cancer Fawcett has fought for more than two years spread long ago to other parts of her body, including her liver.

“It’s a love story. I just don’t know how to play this one,” said the actor who played the husband of terminally ill Ali MacGraw in “Love Story.”

“I won’t know this world without her. Cancer is an insidious enemy.”

I guess the treatment she received in Germany was not alternative treatment. It was by doctors and it was chemo. They inject it in the tumors there, which isn't FDA approved here.

I'm watching it and it is done amazingly well. I went through a grueling diagnosis of Stage IV cancer with my mom, so I didn't know if I could handle it. But the way it is shot with a lot of medical info and family and looking back and hope and Farrah's bravery is inspiring. But they did show some of the horrible pain she's gone through with her treatment. Though the treatment in Germany was very interesting and was being done in conjunction with UCLA doctors. But the reminders of the invasiveness of cancer and the treatment is hard to watch.

It's a shame as how powerful human beings seem to be in medical fields, the one that is the most vicious killer, we have no answer for. I watched the documentary and it is really sad and heart wrenching to watch a person go through life with such hope, and coming out with no cigar, all the while maintaining a great spirit. Whoever watched this, was watching someone on their death bed, as time is ticking, and from certain reports, she is on her last straw.

Even after all those treatments of chemo and other surgeries she had to go through, she STILL is so precious and beautiful. Very sad see her go, but her life should be celebrated as it was very colorful and worthwhile. I hope people take this for what it's worth and love life for what it gives us, while it's still here.

I have to agree. I watched it tonight and it was just hard to imagine how she can be so ill, and still have the will to keep fighting! Honestly, my heart just breaks when I see someone with cancer. I lost both my grandparents to that horrible illness, and I pray to God that I will just go in my sleep. Noone, and I mean NOONE should have to endure that pain. Cancer dont care how rich u are, how poor...what u look like...nothing! Its not fair how bad things seem to happen to good people. As a mother myself, I cant even BEGIN to wonder how she must hurt to KNOW shes dying and has to say her goodbye to her son. OMG...thats just horrible. I was happy to see the love between her and her ex hubby. You can see it in her eyes and his for that matter, that its TRUE love. See peeps, that right there goes to show you that your never promised tomorrow...so say how you feel and let everyone you love know how much you love them and what they mean to you!! NEW YORK – Ryan O'Neal says he plans to marry Farrah Fawcett, who is struggling to overcome cancer.

The 68-year-old actor says in an interview with Barbara Walters for ABC's "20/20" that he asked his longtime companion to marry him and "she's agreed." O'Neal says they will tie the knot "as soon as she can say yes."

Walters' interview with O'Neal airs Friday.

Fawcett was diagnosed in 2006 with anal cancer that has spread to her liver. The "Charlie's Angels" star and O'Neal have a 24-year-old son, Redmond.

O'Neal says the 62-year-old actress is "fighting for her life," but despite her declining health, they will "absolutely" get married.
