I agree on both points.

Does anyone here think MadSplash IS Steve Perry? I'm beginning to think so.
He knows TOO MUCH.
NO. He's NOT Steve F'ing Perry. But he's Arnel F'ing Pineda and I'm okay with that.

If the loons get wind of this, they will be spamming his email box for information.

Perry used to always talk about how much stuff he had "in the can." Things he had written, as well as probably recorded. But all he ever did was talk. The big question remains "WHY?"

Just a fan. I wish I had 1/100th of his talent and bank account, though!

I don't KNOW anything. I have info that I still believe in, but nothing's a fact until we see it.

Well, I've spoken to Russ many times over the years, as he's one of my favorite drummers. I talked to him recently about drums and things he's been working on. He was short and sweet about any of the projects he's been working on. He's a great drummer and a heck of a nice guy.

Well if we ever get a real answer then what will we all have to discuss??? I do have to say being a Perry fan is a little bit frustrating at times. If he would just say I am done, then it would be over....it's the comments that he makes in the interviews that he has given like "I miss it" and "I have had people listen to demos and they really liked it" that leave us all wanting more.

So here we are on yet another thread wondering once again! and waiting patiently! :?

They were offered an insane amount of money to reunite for one show (I think) and turned it down.

I'm pretty sure it was approximately 1 BILLION dollars for a 100 city world tour.

I'm not sure about ABBA, but the Beatles were offered 1 Billion dollars years ago. Obviously they decided they didn't need the money!

I heard that too, but then eventually it was said that they were actually offered 140 million US dollars=1 billion Swedish Kronor

Journey sure left some big money on the table back in 96 too, when Perry couldnt tour.

I for the life of me if this was true can not believe he or any1 would turn that down unless. It's the songbook or catalog that would be in the way. He would know how he would struggle and work from a lesser degree on tour. Only way i see it.
