It's one god damn game for Christ sake. There is no panic. Can anybody break down what a 7 game series means? If anything, we knew it was going to be tough opening in Detroit. It's not expected, but it's no shock to lose or even split to a team with home ice. Like I said I expected these first 2 to split. The Wings haven't one shit yet. There's another game to be played less than 24 hours from now. If the Pen's go down 0-2 then the bar will be raised to slightly panicked, but I expect to win tomorrow.

They said the Cavs would win and Orlando had no chance. Orlando is GOING to the finals. You cant' base a series win on ONE game for sure. They'll see :P (sorry if that was too "support group" for you RWF. I don't deny being a girl, so you don't have to keep slapping me for it :P I'm STILL not leaving your male dominated thread  )

This is the best part. Sticking behind your team to the end and bickering back and forth. I expect it to heat up within the next couple days.

Anyone see the punk-bitch move by Crosby when the Wings were in line congratulating each other?

Yeah I saw that, I thought Maltby should have put on all 4 of his Stanley Cup rings and slammed them into Cindy's grill! :D
That's as close as he's going to get to one this year!

Just gave him a whack in the lower leg or skate.

wah wah wah, who cares. It's not like he Happy Gimore'ed it, took off his skate, and tried to stab somebody. Adds more fuel and fire to the series. Syd's not dumb. Maltby's game is to be a pest and that's exactly what he is. Syd's fired up for this series and it got to him a bit. No big deal. Just a little tap telling him we got another game tomorrow night. He's 21, he'll learn. This is a game that allows you to fight during game time and lets you slam people into boards and glass. A little love tap at the end should be no big deal. At least he didn't piss himself in fear in the presence of the big bad Red Wings. I like the move. He just needs to keep his composure.

Lighten up Francis! Only a couple of hours before the Wings bring their "A" game tonight. Watch out for Hossa, Holmstrom, and Franzen tonight. :D Who's Fleury's backup? We may be seeing him whoever it is.

I don't care if the Wings score 9 tonight. You keep Fluery in net. If we see Garron, we forfeit. Ultimately, if the Pens are going to win the series, we need big games from Andre. So far he fucked up a couple. 1 game. Dude the Pens are going to show up. Chances were there, we could have scored atleast 4 last night. I'm confident we'll rebound.

You're crazy. That's how Montreal lost Roy. They left him in net for the Wings to score 9 goals off him. He told the coach he would never put that jersey on again. You have to assume Frenchies like Fleury don't like having 9 goals scored on them.

It was an exaggeration, RED. My point is that we ride Fleury's coattails no matter what.

Here come the frustrated Penguins trying to prove they're men. Screw Malkin's ugly ass. His face looks like a piece of chewed up bubblegum that's been stuck under a park bench for 6 months!

You don't have to get frustrated when you're the better team. Fact is the Eastern Conference is weak. The Penguins are the best of the bunch, but the West is a whole different level. Penguins just can't hang. The Wings will probably only take 1 in Pitt.....Still Wings in 5.
