What Would You Do For A Perry Equivalent Of A Klondike Bar??

Postby JasonD » Mon Jun 01, 2009 10:35 am

FANTASY ALERT ******* THERE'S NO TRUTH TO ANY PART OF THE FOLLOWING SCENARIO.

Picture It: Perry places a personal call to YOU. He tells you in no uncertain terms that either:

(A) he & Schon have settled their differences. Arnel is out and Perry's back in & they're about to go on tour.

--OR--

(B) he's releasing a new solo CD with all new material & he wants YOUR help promoting it

It's reader's choice. You get to pick whichever of the above two scenarios most appeals to you. The "cost" is the same for both, & YES, it's gonna cost ya.

THE PRIZE: You get an all expense paid experience of a lifetime as you are cordially invited to accompany Journey with Perry (if your choice is A) or Perry alone (if your choice is B) on their next tour. Of course you'll have backstage passes to all events as well as all the perks that come along with claiming your "prize."

Question: So how much is it worth to you? What would you be willing to do for this Klondike Bar opportunity?

Alternative Ending: If you can't think of anything to offer that is worthy of the above "prize," you can pick your selection from the following "price" list:

THE PRICE: You gotta sleep with one of the current Journey members. No, you don't get to sleep with Perry. You gotta pick one of the current five. Would you take this offer & if so, who would you choose & why?

I would pick option B... to see Perry Solo, I've seen Perry w/ Journey 6 times, so that's a no brainer. What would I give for this opportunity??? I guess I would have to give up my business, (of which I'm trying to sell anyway). I know it sounds like a lot to give up, but, it's really not that big a deal for me.

I wouldn't do any of the choices. Sleep with them? Wth?

Guess I don't qualify as a real fan.

Found some that might though

depends on whether I get meal tickets at each show or not. an all access pass doesn't guarantee meals in catering. the meal ticket is the holy grail.

Since this is fantasy island time....I would pick Perry solo. What I would do for this Klondike fantasy, is I would be Perry's personal travelling esthetician/make-up artist, (which is what I do anyways.) Make sure that Man is kept looking and feeling his very best!!!!!!!

If I was Perry I would remember my mom's stranger Danger lectures........LOL! Stalker 101............what if .........what if I don't worry too much about what if..........and worry about just today? If I meet him great........but dreaming about it is a bit too much for me.............just not my thing really, I joke around some, but that's about it.

Why treat life as a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving in an attractive & well-preserved body? Get there by skidding in sideways, a glass of wine in one hand, chocolate in the other, body totally worn out, screaming WOOHOO! What a ride!

I'm waiting for this Jason D guy to come out and break it all to us that he is Chris Hanson from Dateline NBC: To catch a predator. Nice try Chris.

I'll save you the trouble now and tell you we will not be fooled into "Coming to Steve Perry's house for him to perform oral sex on you." So take back the rent money for your little ploy, and go back to those chat rooms where pedophiles are hurtin' for a squirtin'. You'll have much better luck there. (maybe)

Thank you very much, Arianddu. If figured the CAPS LOCK AND BOLD FONT would have been enough to get the message across; however, since some of you fine people seem to have been offended by the last portion of my post and thus, have made THAT your primary focus, I have edited my post just for you.

BTW (to YoungJRNY) ---pedophile? WTF????? Aren't they all in their 50's?!?!?!?     Your assumption that I'm a pedophile is false, disgusting and totally uncalled for. Are you one of those people who automatically assumes that if a person's not hetero he/she must spend their days cruising the local elementary schools looking for a "date"? What a sick concept. No child has anything I want.

Your best avenue here is to profess yourself, as you are. Your, not so slight hints are glaring, and people here aren't stupid.

Let me help you a bit. JasonD is gay. There, it's said and done.

Now, you may continue on, as you are.

No one here will think any less of you, and would have respected you more if you'd just said it to begin with.

We're all about being who you are here.

Fag. I hope you can take a joke dude. You're going to need to be able to do that here.

And YES, I can take a joke, but being referred to as a pedophile is not funny to me. It's sick. People can call me a queer all they want. I'll just come back with someting "gayer" than what they say, but calling me a pedophile crosses a line that shouldn't be crossed.

Jason,
Talk about a mis-understanding. I was in no means calling you a pedophile. Why would I do that? If I would say something like that, I would personally go to Andrew myself and have him deactivate my account. That's not how I roll. I was just making a joke regarding your first post of you stating out of nowhere of sleeping with any of the band members other than Steve Perry. I joked saying you were really Chris Hanson, the host of NBC's to catch a predator. I was just saying you were coming in here trying to bust one of us, but we weren't falling for it.

What I meant by the pedophile thing was you're luck would be better off sticking to catching pedophiles in a chat room, (that's what the show does.) That was a joke gone bad. If you re-read it you'll get it. I would never call anyone a pedophile, (unless your name starts with an M and ends with a J) that's just nasty and absurd.

I apologize for the mis-understanding and hope you accept my apology.
