A real classy "fan". I could understand now if Perry would tell everybody he doesn't know that approaches him to FUCK OFF!!  Talk about invading somebody's privacy & space. Geez!

Unfortunately, sleaze balls like this guy are everywhere and our society has made it acceptable to infringe on someone's personal space just because that person used to be in the spotlight. Yeah, guy is a real class act..."few days ago in November 08"...

I don't see anything wrong with SP's attire.
He looks comfy & cute.

It's unfortunate that this eel makes a habit of waitng outside celebrities houses & combing diners waiting to catch a star with a noodle hanging out of their mouth.

The pathetic sob as Lora so graciously pointed out is a "Bottom Feeder" & his remarks are just pure fish excrement.

Not worth the time and effort for him to track down every ill-mannered loser like this guy. What the guy did wasn't illegal, just inconsiderate and tacky.

Obviously this guy isn't a fan. I never have gotten people that get an autograph then turn around and sell it on ebay? Why? Isn't there something more replaceable you could sell if you need the money? :? I have cd booklets personally signed to me from my 3 faves and you'd have to pry those damn things out of my dead and buried fists before you could sell them.

He looks great. I agree with you, BB. And no bitching from people (Loons, Spoons) here who keep posting his photo. Everybody knows he doesn't like his photo taken and doesn't want to be in the spotlight and the loons are supposedly protective of Steve, but yet everybody on here keeps posting photos of him that he clearly isn't happy about having taken, such as at the baseball game, waterpark, Home Depot, etc.

This guy is no "fan" of Perry. He insulted Steve in every way possible. He interrupted Steve's meal at the diner in Burbank for this guys own
selfish, financial purposes. Then there was something about the word "NO" the guy didn't understand, when Steve said no to having his picture taken.
So, instead the sneaky ass, money hungry, LIAR, has his friend take the forbidden picture, thereby taking advantage of Steve graciousness to still sign
all the guys CRAP he intends to sell on EBay to make money at Steve's expense. Then the LIAR insults Steve by stating that he was better dressed than Steve
that day. Sorry Mr. Liar, but it will be a cold day in hell when you look better than Steve. You look like a piece of S)&*)*(it and you not only look like

It's another hoax, it's not worth the effort to worry about. The thing that is evident is the guy says Perry can't tour because he can't sing anymore WHILE NOT BEING ABLE TO HIT HIGH NOTES. No shit, are you kidding me, the guy is 60 years old going on 61. Of course he can't get through singing that unbelieveable stressfull songbook for 2 to three hours a show, 5 sometimes 6 days a week for consecutive 8 years. I watched the HOUSTON (81) DVD concert the other night and i'll tell you he put on a show for the ages. He ran and ran and sang his ass off. I really don't know how he kept his voice that long, he's really an amazing artist (The frick'en best ever).

Violation of privacy isn't restricted to celebrities - they get targeted for being famous, but anyone can have their photo end up on the Internet without permission . Consider all of the embarrassing or stupid videos on YouTube or photos on websites across the Internet. Something happens to you and there is always some jerk standing by ready to record it with a cell phone - the next thing you know, your humiliation is posted for millions to see without any recourse. This is going to get worse before it gets better, because there is no respect for the privacy of the individual anymore and the laws have not kept up with technology.

Steve was such a gracious person to stop and autograph items, as every celebrity knows that often the items are just going to end up on sale on eBay. Someone here posted the video of Ronnie James Dio asking an autograph seeker what the signature was worth! For the person to take photos after Steve asked him not to and then post them on the bloody Internet is just inexcusable. And one should consider that the poster was making up the details of the conversation he supposedly heard - he got the date wrong by several months. If I ever saw Steve in person or any other celebrity I admired, I would really be hesitant to go up to them because they get bothered so much by people like this.

I can't believe that Itunes wouldn't be more lucrative for ANY band than going through a record company. I mean, distribution and promotion is one thing, but with Itunes, you get so much more of a cut than from a record co.

I agree too - the issue was the guy taking the photo when asked not to and posting it on the Internet for personal gain. This is a great thread topic and very relevant!

There was a show on TV recently about former heartthrobs wanting to regain their past fame and celebrity status - "Confessions of a Teen Idol". It was produced by Scott Baio and some of the stuff they had to do was a bit ridiculous - what surprised me was how desperate some of the participants were to bring back their glory days and be famous again, doing anything to be noticed as many weren't even recognized or remembered by paparazzi on the street. It says something about your enduring legacy when you purposely shy away from fame and haven't toured in 23 years and people still come up to you wherever you go - I hope most are considerate and respectful.
