If I get letters, hatemail, or a stern spanking from Andrew, I'd like you to know that I will take any punishment for the opportunity to say that. I can't fault jackass here for being considered arrogant and pompous, though it's not as if any similar accusations have ever been thrown my way...

But when you're arrogant and so unabashedly incompetent? This guy lectures on grammar and makes mistake after mistake after mistake ad infinitum. This guy lectures on logic and commits the most basic fallacies. This guy claims to be objective, and spews shit like "lulz arnel sux1!1!" and admits that it pains him to admit fault on Perry's behalf. Then, best of all, he whines about being a victim and then responds with blatant ad hominem and personal attacks at the mere sign of disagreement.

Firm, opinionated, and controversial, I can understand. And relate to. But this is ridiculous.

Now, now. Don't hate. Why can't we all just get along? Don't go away mad...............
It doesn't matter what you say, because I'm ALWAYS right!!!! LOL!!

Ease up, grasshopper. You've cyber raped him point by point for several days now. His asshole looks like he was butt fucked by Shrek on a crack binge.

You see? There are still people out there to support you, even when you're wrong? Cheer up!! :D

I think I've said enough. Deacon can handle the rest.

Are you going to hand the laptop to him so he can use it from HIS side of the bed now?

Can I interest you in a warm glass of Fuck You? It's distributed by You Are A Complete Asshole Prick, Inc. and comes in Grape, Orange, and Kiss My Ass.

DavidC wrote:You state your case quite admirably in that you indirectly give your position away. Your "grammar skills" as you call them are quite juvenile and your intellectualism is found wanting. Maybe not so much the words, but the delivery is clumsy and predicatble.

Yes, Captain Grammar, at the end of delivering an "inflammatory tirade" does butcher an easily spelled word, thus mitigating all of the shit that precluded it.

DavidC wrote:I have not attempted to mimic any words or phrasology that you have attempted to employ. It not necessary to start throwing insults.

Here, Captain Grammar, after lecturing about perceived verbosity, attempts to use a new word gleaned from Google and fucks it up.

Throw an "e" in there, hotshot.

DavidC wrote:It is correct that arrogance is NOT cute; so why do you persist in answering my posts? I'm trying to have civil conversation. You feel attacked in some way. It is natural for you to feel you need to defend yourself with a lame attempt at inflammatory rhetoric. No hate-mongering agenda here, except for yours.

DavidC wrote:Yes, dickhead, I HAVE heard "Revelation" and its just more of the same old, same old shit from sound-a-like number 3. I guess the analogy of "trying to keep the same sound" would be all shot to hell if it didn't SOUND like AP was TRYING to be someone different, huh? But then, THAT goes without saying. I don't have to try and make you or anyone else believe ANYTHING, they're not stupid, they can hear, unlike you and your sad, irrelevant analysis.

DavidC wrote:Unlike some of you, I don't comment on things I know nothing about. Yes, shithead, I'm paying attention to what's going on with Journey's popularity/lack thereof nowadays.........and with a great deal of consternation.

DavidC wrote:Actually, you took the words right out of my mouth. It's amazing what you accomplish with a 2.0 GPA, at best.

Er... contradiction?

DavidC wrote:Again, don't attribute your problems to me. If you would like to discuss something in a calm, objective manner, then I'm game. Your assessments are ridiculous and infantile, and not impressing anyone; so don't complain to me about your inability to counter effectively. You want to discuss something? Then let's discuss

DavidC wrote:You're willing to settle and say "everything's alright' when its not. Yeah, maybe SP was a shit for not coming back to Journey (and it takes ALOT for me to say that), but Neal didn't have to continue with a sound-a-like as if nothing had happened. It's insulting to Journey and its insulting to us.

DavidC wrote:Anything with AP in it cannot be considered a "tremendous package", unless you're talking about a load of bullshit.

Yeah... a real patron saint of objectivity you are, David.

DavidC wrote:Too bad they're not downloading it with AP singing it........intentionally.

I suppose the 'C' in your username must stand for Cosmicfuckup. Arnel's version isn't available on iTunes, jackass.

DavidC wrote:Andrew seems intelligent to me in my few encounters with him. Maybe he finds your posts as hilarious as I do. I'm still waiting for you to put two conherent words together without sounding like you're trying too hard.

Yeah, you really ought to consider dropping the whole facade of being some sort of English juggernaut.

DavidC wrote:You have proven that in your posts beyond a shadow of a doubt. [b]I believe almost everyone in here would agree with me.

No, what everyone would agree with is that you're a troll. A blatant, contradictory, paradoxical, stupid, arrogant, utter fuckup. Your opinions, however retarded and meritless, are welcome. The manner in which you have expressed them is not. You have no understanding of basic logic, you are a grammatical suicide bomber, and you're a lying, duplicitious, hypocritical ass.

This is but a fraction of the bullshit you've spewed in less than one hundred posts.

But I would like to take this time to thank you for reminding us why, in this day and age, the right of the mother to abort a fetus is so important. We shouldn't have to deal with assholes like you.

I think your very presence is an advertisement for the merits of being pro-life.

LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL!!!!!!!     And yet another display of Gideons desperate grand-standing!!!!!     . Wow, that was great, man. Have you ever thought of becoming a comedian? That was incredible!!! Thanks alot, I needed that!! :D :D :D :D

Yes, I figured you wouldn't try to press this further.

A wise decision.

I've come to expect this from you.

With the intelligence capacity of a half-eaten doughnut and the debating skills of a challenged kindergartner, you've become quite predictable.

Hey, don't underestimate the fun of hanging with someone with the intelligence capacity of a half-eaten doughnut...........sometimes being just good at debate makes Jack a dull boy.............give me doughnuts for brains, trust me the conversations are way more entertaining..................LOL! I pass for the most part on insults, and when I do use them, it is usually in jest. I am a very peace loving child. I find you and Giddy to be great guys. Just remember people come here mostly to unwind. I have had 6 years of college. Several here have had even more extensive education. The doughnut shot was a nice touch.........LOL! :D

Tips for all of you yearning to be debaters: when you make a contention or a claim in a debate, you have an understood obligation to prove it. The opposition does not have an obligation to prove a negative. If, for example, you say that "the Earth is flat," you cannot demand that your opponent "prove that the Earth isn't flat."

Attempting to shift the burden of proof is a logical fallacy and typically results in a verbal assbeating from anyone who knows anything.

I can understand that, completely. Unwinding is great.

Coming on to the scene with a stick up your ass and proclaiming that you know everything with an arrogance not yet warranted, though... I can't.

The preceding was purely hypothetical, as well.

That is why I hereby declair that the older I become, the more I realize how little I know...............No one knows everything................ We can be lucky to know what we find most appealing...........I love art, art history etc.........but someone always knows more..................... What a burdon, to always have to prove yourself right..............Personally I think of my butt as an exit not an entrance............................LOL! The opposition does not have an obligation to prove a negative. If, for example, you say that "the Earth is flat," you cannot demand that your opponent "prove that the Earth isn't flat."

Attempting to shift the burden of proof is a logical fallacy and typically results in a verbal assbeating from anyone who knows anything.

prove there aren't purple unicorns lol

I'll make you one...............
