.biggest crowd I've seen turning up for a band 3rd on the bill anywhere

:D :D :D

Great reviews after reviews on their European tours.....I think the Euros hate Journey

Journey got better reviews than Dep and Whitesnakes.... :D :D

The band sounds amazing. Arnel's voice filled the arena....gave me goosebumps.

Here's the setlist for that show:

Separate Ways (Worlds Apart)
Stone In Love
Ask The Lonely
Change For The Better
Harp Segway
Wheel In The Sky
Wildest Dream
Faithfully
Don't Stop Believin'
Any Way You Want It

Pretty pleased to see two Revelation songs in such a short festival set. Great move. And no Open Arms or Lovin', Touchin', Squeezin'. Even better. They have to keep pushing Revelation, even in short sets.

Thanks for posting! Very cool! Amazing how familiar the Dublin audience is with Journey's tunes.
Glad they put this middle section back in from a few years ago. Makes it a way cooler tune.
NO. He's NOT Steve F'ing Perry. But he's Arnel F'ing Pineda and I'm okay with that.

Yeah. I'm surprised that "Never Walk Away" didn't feature. And my next question is: are all the setlists cut short? I'll be pissed if I spend all this money for the Kentucky State Fair and they don't play a long set.
'Nothing was bigger for Journey than 1981’s “Escape” album. “I have to attribute that to Jonathan coming in and joining the writing team,” Steve Perry (Feb 2012).'

Negative. The Oslo setlist was over 20 songs.

I'm pretty sure the short setlist was just for these type of festival shows. I'm pretty sure they won't be cutting the set in the states.

They weren't headlining, that's the only reason it was cut. If Heart isn't with them, the shows should be longer at some venues this year.

They're only playing short sets at European festivals because they aren't headlining. There's a lot of bands to get through each day. I read that for U.S. shows where Heart is opening for Journey, Heart will play 75 minutes - so figure at least 90 minutes for Journey. Probably even longer.
