You are correct BJG! It is a San Francisco jacket he is wearing and underneath it he is rocking a colorful "knockoff" Jon Friga tshirt with flowers.

Maybe he orders them in bulk.

What a good post, and also San Diego wears those fuckin camouflage uniforms in puke Desert tan. Guess they are trying to get the Marines from Camp Pendleton to feel welcome in San Diego.
