He should've just went hiking. :? :P

Do they allow sexual predators on the hiking trails?

Oh, that's right, he was never convicted. You're right, a hike would have been better than an overdose.

:?

Oh, there's a lot of preverts hanging out in the woods. That's why I was relieved when Sanford got busted with having an affair because when I heard he was hiking on the trail alone, I thought oh no, not another one (homo).

Nicely put. I don't trust much of what TMZ posts, so maybe they are wrong. If it is indeed true that he has died, what a sad, sad day. :(

You think they would have the scoop since he (Jackson 5) had a song about them- ABC easy as 1,2,3.

I don't know. I hate to even make light of a situation like this, but I will admit it wouldn't surprise me in the least if he popped up on a beach in Dubai.

Or if everyone's jumping the gun with the coverage and he's not dead.

We all said when the 02 gigs were announced that he would never do them because he would become ill and claim on the insurance.
As I said earlier.......wasnt expecting the excuse to be a heart attack though.

But people leak stuff to the Press which turns out not to be true all the time...........but the drama has been created.
Publicity stunt or truth?

You know...I wont shed a tear. While I am a firm believer of the 'guilty until proven innocent' rule.....I am also a firm believer that celebrity dollars can buy your way out of everything.

The man was as guilty as OJ...and with respect to this...I believe he got what he deserved. I'm just sad that it was a cardiac arrest...because that means he went quickly...

I still don't think it was really him at the Press conference which announced his 02 London gigs.

It had to be a lookalike guy. The voice was totally different.

Drudge is where I first saw the news. Too bad, but for whatever reason, I'm not the least surprised.

Let the speculation begin on how he died. That will fill up a few pages and hours on the cable news shows.

RIP and I hope Farrah RIP as well.

An extremely troubled man (and I use that term loosely). In no way excusing the life he wound up leading, but we can all recall the time when he set the world on fire with his music. What a shame that legacy will forever be diminished by the choices made in his personal life. Again, I am not condoning those choices.

He had some real mental issues. People just don't destroy their faces. He was a good-looking young guy and look what he did. He had no nose. And changing the color of his skin. I always read he had a pill problem. Maybe this was a Heath Ledger kind of death, where the wrong combination stopped his heart or breathing.

Who is the biggest living star in the world?
I would say Paul McCartney, Madonna and Springsteen are the biggest three. All three in terrific health.

So who is the next big star to go?

My pick is Eddie Van Halen. Or maybe Amy Winehouse. Too much bad stuff going up their noses and down their throats.

Exactly. Same here. Two icons in one day and I can't wrap my head around this one. My mom just told me a local radio station is reporting it/ I have BET on right now and they are talking about it playing his videos. I'm shocked.

Unbelievable. Such a sad day. I used to be a big fan of his until he began destroying his face and his career. But the songs are unbreakable, no matter how disturbing his private life was.
He was too young to die anyway.

He's not dead. He's faking it to get out of legal problems & lawsuits.
He's been sighted boarding a plane for Elvis Presley's & Jim Morrison's Island.
