Actually Brian May did, on his soapbox at www.brianmay.com, which is from where that quote was taken.

He posted something to the effect of the Michael Jackson he knew would never be capable doing of something like that.

Just sayin'. Gotta get the facts straight.

Shut your piehole, hometown. I've been YouTubing his videos all damn day... and I tell you what, I feel idiotic that I'd more or less moved on from his music.

Here, just watch dude... you were around for the 80s, you have to appreciate it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sEU9Q8NlOiY

Yeah, they were/are. But this can't be avoided. A mysterious sudden death for a bathroom janitor or for Michael Jackson... regardless of your faith, will mandate an autopsy. I suppose the family could fight it if they were that stubborn, which would tie them up in red tape for a few weeks. But I believe the Jacksons to be good people at heart who just want to know why they don't have their brother and son. Everybody needs closure. This is the closest they can get.

Yeah, I"m sure they'd want to know for the chance of any malpractice against the doctor too, if it's true he was given an injection.

There's always a fall guy.

I hardly think IF a doctor gave him something that caused his death, that makes him a "fall guy". If he contributed to his death, there are a lot of other words to use for that.

When was that excuse used? Last I remember, MJ was saying that white record producers made him change his appearance to white because he would then be accepted better by the majority white fan base. MJ himself said that, I got rid of all my MJ albums after he said that.

:?

Source please.

Seems a little incongruous as there was an inverse relationship between his "whiteness" and his record sales. :?

I wonder how many CDs of Michael's music will be sold in the next two weeks. It will be huge.

Deepak Chopra was on CNN just now talking. I guess they were good friends. He talked about Michael's sad childhood and all the abuse he endured from his father and working throughout his childhood. And he talked about his need to mutilate himself with plastic surgery and how that stemmed from his childhood.

He said he had been doing drugs for years and tried to help me and felt he had so many enablers and these quack California doctors that will prescribe drugs.

Because he is a father.

WOW! The man was an easy target and I do not believe he ever molested a child.

A question to you parents out there. Is there any amount of money you'd take if your child had been molested?

From his friend, Deepak Chopra:

"He was surrounded by enablers, including a shameful plethora of M.D.s in Los Angeles and elsewhere who supplied him with prescription drugs. As many times as he would candidly confess that he had a problem, the conversation always ended with a deflection and denial. As I write this paragraph, the reports of drug abuse are spreading across the cable news channels. The instant I heard of his death this afternoon, I had a sinking feeling that prescription drugs would play a key part."

I also just watched an interview with Deekpak who confirmed Michael did indeed suffer from a skin disease (causing his skin to turn white in places) which caused him to wear makeup and cover up. He also had lupus and other autoimmune system diseases.

What MJ said specifically was that record producers would not give him a record deal unless he changed his appearance, an appearance that would be accepted by white fans. It was a interview that he had made after the black community lashed out at him for changing his true look. To the black community, it was a slap in the face of the black community that MJ would deny his race. MJ's comback to that which he addressed was that he was basically "forced" to do it for the record deals.

Oh, he did have the disease. I didn't mean to imply he didn't. During his trial he had to strip naked to see of his genitals matched what one of the kids said, and he had a spot in the genital area. I was saying it was in spots, not covering his entire body. I'm saying I feel he used whatever degree he had of it to justify lightening his skin to white. But everyone has their view of that. That's just my opinion that he lightened his skin. He changed his face to white features. He's got white children. Just my feeling, not fact, about his skin.

Off the Wall had moved 6 million copies by 85, and we all know Thriller's numbers. During that time Jackson had only sported a gerry curl like most african american music artists with out any major cosmetic enhancements or skin discolorization.
Are we to believe that 50 million sales wasn't good enough and he was told to become white or he wouldn't be promoted? We definitely need a source on this story.

MORBID

Postby StoneCold » Sat Jun 27, 2009 7:36 am

Dearly Departed, a tour bus company that offers a Hollywood Tragical History Tour, plans to include a stop at the Holmby Hills home, where paramedics were called to revive the dying King of Pop.

The tour now includes stops at Hollywood's Viper Room, where actor River Phoenix died of a drug overdose in 1993, the West Hollywood home where actress Rebecca Schaeffer was killed in 1989 and the Beverly Hills home where mob figure Bugsy Siegel was slain in 1947.

Scott Michaels, owner of the tour company, said he has had several requests to include the Jackson home on the tour. He said tour bus drivers typically play a 911 recording related to a celebrity death as the bus passes such a death site. Once such a tape becomes available for the Jackson death, Michaels said, he plans to play it.

I heard about that back in the 80's. That Jackson had heard this track before its release and told Queen that was gonna be a #1 hit. I think it was their only #1.

Interesting clip here discussing how he influenced music and showbiz today.

That was my initial reaction too right when I heard it. I thought to myself, the fucker was more popular when he looked black then now when he looks white. Maybe I heard only a rumor, but I thought pretty much that it was something I heard directly from him on some tv special where he was defending himself about why he changed his physical appearance.

I know it was either in late 2003 or 2004 when he made that accusation, cause thats about the time I got rid of all the MJ music I had, specifically because of that claim. I'm sure I wouldn't have acted on a rumor, I had to have heard him say it for me to go off and get rid of all the MJ music I had.

Reports had it, that this so called "doctor" was performing CPR to Michael.. while Michael was LAYING ON HIS BED. What the hell? To perform CPR, aren't you supposed to locate the body to the ground on a hard, flat surface? Performing CPR on a bed does the procedure NO JUSTICE.
