Has anyone posted a link for 'Who is It' or 'Earth Song' yet?

(Phone limits me on scanning thread inventory.)

To be fair, the original thread was a) not about the music and b) corrupted beyond belief

Nothing wrong with a little music appreciation. I found in discussing this with many people in these last days that however people feel about the stuff that happened with him later on, most people always end it with something like "but I still really loved the music..."

It was just uploaded too. A lot of good music out there about to resurface, it looks like.

I've never heard this either. Very cool that some tunes are resurfacing. This is good! Thanks, SC! :)

This thread is just youtube links for his music.

The other thread is the typical fans vs haters thing.

There's nothing wrong with this thread. I appreciate the youtube postings. It's a walk down memory lane for me.

If you are sitting around the house though, VH1 is airing his videos as well. 8)

I saw a very brief clip of this on the news last night. This is the 1500 inmates of the Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center, Cebu Philippines performing a synchronized dance routine to Michael Jackson's Thriller

I was watching the BET awards and laughing my ass off. Jaime Fox's ode to MJ was fantastic.

Time to celebrate and move on. The king is dead but lives on forever through his music. 8)

I would venture to say Arnel has more non-pinoy fans than pinoy fans. Not exactly a monster star in his homeland despite the heavy promotion machine that was engaged last year leading up the Manila concert. The majority of Arnel's fan base is here in the states, not out in the islands.

I watched the awards tonight too and loved the spirit of celebrating the music. Janet was clearly in pain and she touched my heart.. but yes, as they do in N'awleans...lets sing and dance. 8)

I missed the awards, don't think it was on here. They did show some of the red carpet stuff on CNN. I was disgusted by his father though. The CNN guy was asking about Michael's legacy and how the family members were doing and Joe was brushing it off like, ya ya they're fine........then he proceeds to pimp some new record company him and some other guy there were setting up. With a father like that no wonder MJ was so screwed up. Sad.

Yes, Joe was shown many times in the audience and ....well....but Janet came on stage briefly at the end and struggled for a few moments to collect herself to be able to speak....she was clearly very distraught.
