She was certainly a woman with enormous emotional strength and I'm sorry that she suffered so long.
I'll remember her fondly for the talents and beauty she always had.

She and Neal had a lifetime love affair each sticking by the other in hard times. Although they separated for a while, they did find their way back to each other. Farrah unsuccessfully fought to help her son Redmond to achieve sobriety. As someone who has dealt with a loved one with an addiction problem, I understand the kind of heartbreak she had to endure. And finally her last fight. Farrah has shown us all how to face sickness and death with grit, determinition, dignity and grace. It is in this most important fight that we see just what a beautiful person she was. My heart goes out to her family and friends.

Beautifully put.

I was always a fan of Farah, and was one of the millions of boys who had that famous red swimsuit poster on his bedroom wall. My parents would never let me have the t-shirt version of the same, though I begged them for it. My first crush... She will definitely be missed. R.I.P. Farah.

I was camping for four days with zero media, so I missed all the death hysteria until today.

Farrah was a fucking icon...Yes, icon. I went through two copies of that swimsuit poster. The first one shrank and peeled from constant "watering". Number one selling poster in the history of mankind I have heard. She was stunningly beautiful.

She was using her entire body, rolling around on a canvas.
