Journey cover band on Youtube

Postby Sustainiac » Sun Jun 28, 2009 9:56 pm

Hey all Journey fans, was wondering if you wouldn't mind checking out some Journey songs I did with some people on Youtube. We've done "Mother Father" "Still They Ride" and "When You Love A Woman". Thanks.

Mother and Father is fantastic, very solid band as well, and well measured vocals, just right.

Just listening to When You Love A Woman.
Very nice work here guys.
Very nice indeed.

But you should get together and jam! There's nothing like it to give your songs life.
I'd love to see a video of you all performing live or rehearsing together.

Thanks for the link.

Still They Ride and Mother Father sound good too.

Great clean sound.

Not note for note at all, but he did do a great job! His guitar tones are awesome on those recordings, and those guys should be proud of them. They're not perfect, but they're very well done, and I like the videos too. Pretty cool!

NO. He's NOT Steve F'ing Perry. But he's Arnel F'ing Pineda and I'm okay with that.

I wanted my band to do when you love a woman- they said not enough people knew it. Damn!

They have a point, Bry.

Very well done. Mother Father is my favorite Journey song & you guys did great recreating it. Not an easy song to do.... vocally nor instrumental. Which part are you?
