It looks like he found an old pair of John Ritters' pants at a second hand store. Awful choice of garb for a metal show. Where was he going after the show...to the fucking Regal Beagle?

He's secure in himself and doesn't cave in to peer pressure, even at the risk of beer bottles being hurled at him.

Being secure is one thing, but dressing like fucking Ralph Furley is another!

 Not digging the plaid pants either, but that's just me......I don't like plaid as a pattern. LOL, must be a leftover Bay City Rollers thing.

The clip was great though! But Deen wasn't smiling like he usually does. I notice things like that. :(

Hey, hey, stop laughing at the plaid pants.......at least it's better than the yellow blouse of someone who cannot be named.

I think it's fine.

+20!!! I would LOVE to have this on dvd. :D They sound freaking awesome, I think it's my favorite Arnel performance so far (although I'm comparing this clip to me seeing them last year live, and also with all of the youtube clips out there.) VERY cool performance.

On a side note...Deen looks like SHIT in this video, and I'm still curious about whatever illness he had. Any more news?

I'm getting pissed. I have not been able to watch this on any pc today without it cutting out every 3-5 seconds. It should not be buffering this much, especially on my high speed cable!

It isn't a high enough resolution to look good on Television. It's fine for an Ipod touch but enlarging the picture just makes it pixelate to where its not enjoyable to view.

I used the T1 at work to get it, thinking it would be great to watch on TV but it wasn't worth the effort. I won't be doing that again.

Agreed - way too tired it looks like. Sometimes the drummer needs to recoup, and he has my sincerest concern.

Someone said the sound was good, but it sounds 'overloaded' to me, like a poorly mixed board mix, the video is choppy...anyone else having the same issues?

Performance wise, they do sound pretty damn good.

Change for the better was good, although Friga should have kept his ass by the keys, that made that song much better, than it could have been. Why does he have to try to play guitar, what he played was shit,he should have been on keys where he belongs.I dont understand Friga.Be a fucking keyboard player, play guitar when needed, not to be cool, you arent cool anyway

Faithfully ,in wrong key, arnel doesnt sing off time as much, friga does to many hooky piano riffs, and his belly hangs over his jeans when he sits down

Arnel worked hard on this performance. It was live with no touch-ups so we get all his good points with some not-so-good but I thought this concert was really good and the video director for Graspop is way better than the guy that filmed the Rev DVD :D

Is it just my computer ... or is there a synch problem? Video doesn't match up with voice/music. Looks like they're kicking ass over in Europe ... Arnel's voice is holding up really good. WITS is terrible, though.

It's your computer or the speed of your internet and the way it's routed to you.

For me, the sound and video are dead-on.

I agree.
I've had it cutting out / timing out, and overall sounding like shit
Streaming out of sync, but sounding great, while video looking like shit
Video looking great, while sounding like shit.

I think in it's real form this one is a winner.

This could be a very good DVD, if anyone cares to take it that far.

On a side note, it's apparent that Arnel is tired...as he should be on the last leg of the tour. Inspite of this, I feel he gave it everything he could find inside...his all. I have to commend him on this. :D

I had that happen a ton, plus had to split up watching it in three parts. I went on late tonight and after I clicked on the link, this time I exited out of MR. I don't know if it's the time or if it was exiting out of MR also, but it almost went completely beginning to end without any hangups, What a difference watching it uninterrupted. I agree with GI Jim, fantastic. I know we're getting the Manila DVD this year. But I wish they would buy the rights and put this out with their new CD next year as a freebie. I absolutely love the raw energy of this concert and the way it was shot, and the sound was great also.

Jana, this is the most fucking excited I have been about any concert I have seen this year from Journey. Maybe it's not the best they did this year, but for a cyber recipient, it sure the hell was. Pardon my expletives, but I don't know any other way to say that this one got me jacked. :D

And Neal and Arnel definitely have something between them. Ever notice that when Arnel improvs and sends up a soaring note, Neal is right there on the same plane?
