Secondly, there is a HUGE difference between some fans trying to give their appreciation to a once great but now not so great singer Perry, vs Arnel who is in his prime now and is actively singing in a band.
Basically, creating a thread like that for Arnel is like throwing a retirement party for someone who just started working a year or two ago :P



I dont think a thread showing AP singing from before he was in Journey are a bad idea.

Saw Boz Scaggs a few months ago In Agoura Hills, he still sounds like he did 20 years ago. What a great songwriter (and an excellent guitarist/ keyboard player also). Glad to see people still covering his songs.

Are you so sure of that? People who are personal friends of Arnel's and who are also personal friends of mine have asked me outside of this forum if I was the Sushi Hunter from Melodic Rock Forum. So I think a whole lot more people are reading this board then one may imagine.

If any of the guys read here, I hope someone asks Neal to rerelease 'The Neal Schon and Jan Hammer Collection: No More Lies' - I love Neal's solo work and I can't afford to spend almost $200 for a CD on eBay!
