OT: Watch out ladies I'm going to be a model ;)

Haha, I was walking round the City Centre before and some woman came up to me (at first I was hoping she was going to chat me up) and invited me down to a modeling audition for next Thursday!

I've never, ever, had an interest in it and I'm it'll come to nothing. But still, quite exciting anyway.

Maybe fame and fortune is just around the corner... this time next year I could be partying with Stevie and his cats!

(oh and on a side note, was talking to some fella in a pub last night. He knew of JSS, HSAS, Arnel Pineda, Pride of Lions, Bad English, and even new the words to Captured by the moment! People just dont know that stuff in Liverpool!!! )[/b]

People tell me I should be a model all the time. Portfolio's can be expensive and my local Holiday Inn held model tryouts. I got a call back and turned it down because of vacation for that week. Good luck. Maybe it's something I will consider just to play around with in the near future.

If they gave you a business card, google them and make sure they're not one of those agencies that requires you to pay them. They want a big upfront fee and a monthly payment to be listed on their database. They are supposed to pay you, not vice versa.

Yeah I'm pretty much assuming that I will have the photos dont then they will say I need £400 to have a portfolio done... I dont have that kind of money... and if I didnt I would be investing it in a new guitar.. not a portfolio.

Funny you say that. I went to the store today (ugh so American) and they had such a similar pair to Arnels. Exactly the ones that I wanted (that never happens to me with clothes), and just my look they didnt have my size :cry:
