Thought we could have a tribute thread to the bands that were great but never made it. Only counts if you can post a track.

Here is my first nomination. The B'zz

I never understood why these guys never caught on. Three singers, good musicians but despite heavy roation of their videos on MTV, they never really got anywhere.

I used to have an LP by these guys. Listening to them now they seem have all the ingredients, great harmony's etc, but somehow they leave me cold.

Dance Desire http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HCsVtud-L14

I preferred these guys to Loverboy back in the day, much to the chagrin of a friend of mine. I didn't get the Mike Reno thing, did nothing for me, thought this guy had more charisma.

hmm...not sure they didn't get what they deserved. I never checked this band out back in the eighties for the simple fact that i didn't like their name!

Michael Furlong did two solo albums. It would be great if they were both re released. Below is the first track of his first album. Check out the great guitar tone.

Baton Rouge put out two great albums but only had one minor hit with Walks Like a Woman. I went to see them live when their second album came out and there were only a dozen people in the place. Sad.
