JeremyP wrote:Definitely getting this. I've seen a lot of youtube vids with her and Thomas Mesereau. From the reviews I've read she seems to provide an unbiased report of the case including trial transcripts.

It's interesting to note that she was actually convinced, as the majority of America was, of Michael's guilt until she actually started sitting in on the trial and witnessing the case brought against him.

I read a few reviews and a synopsis of the book and decided to order it from Amazon. Won't get it until next week, but I'm anxious to get into it. Goes all into how the accuser and his parents had been trying to shiest other celebs for money in the past. Something about an 80 minute long video of the accuser's mother primping in front of a mirror singing Michael's praises as a great man, all sorts of things.

Basically she tells how the media spearheaded the defamation of MJ's character and ignored all the facts presented at trial that proved his innocence.

I've said that from day one. Remember the "leak" that detailed all the disgusting charges brought against him? That totally biased the public against him before the trial was even over. Gotta love that Sneddon guy.

What I don't understand is why would any parent leave their kids with someone they don't know. Some of those parent's left their kids at Neverland.....they didn't stay, they left them.

Trust or not, it was still a bad move on both sides. normally good people can become something totally different while on certain medications.... boundaries can be easily crossed sometimes.... In my fifteen years in the medical field i've seen some weird stuff go down. My own daughter takes antianxiety medication and decided to have a couple of mixed drinks one night while i was on duty I had to leave work, she was wild we had to drag her into the shower fully clothed, she tired to bite everyone who was near her the next day she didn't remember any of it she insisted that we were all lying I had to show her the bite mark on my own leg to prove it to her... needless to say she never did it again.

She is one nutty broad. She writes a book about him and alienates the family in the 80's, and now she's 'the glue that holds the family together'??? Don't know whether to believe any of what she's saying, but I know I don't like her  .

Since when was there any question about her mouth's ability to flap?

That article was just insanity. I get where she's coming from, but even if this entourage of his were out to 86 him for whatever reason Mike was in the end the one taking the meds. At his point recently I'd say he was very easy to manipulate and control as she implies, but where was the 1988 Moonwalker Michael turning into a transformer fighting Joe Pesci and his evil plot to get all the world's kids hooked on drugs? Where did that guy go? I'm sure he knew he had a problem, but an addiction like that... there's a LOAD of avoidance involved.

Daddy's girl til the end.

"Paris bought a cheap ‘mood’ necklace – a metal heart which changes colour when it touches the skin. ‘The heart is in two pieces. Paris told me, “I want one half to go to Daddy and I will wear the other half for ever.”

‘She carefully wrapped it around his wrist. She said; “Daddy this is for you.” Then she placed it on him and said, “On Daddy, it will be blue because he is cold. On me, it’s purple.”

‘She got some coloured stones and she decorated his body. She said, “He’s so cold, he is so cold.” His lips were slightly swollen from the autopsy. She asked, “Who did that to Daddy?” I told her it was because he had passed.

That guy seems so selfish. No wonder Michael was so afraid of him.

Perez Hilton just posted this never before seen video of MJ's hair catching fire during the filming of that Pepsi commercial back in 1984. I had no idea it was this bad.

Shocking to see that again... I only realized it while watching that, but now I know I've seen that before, so Perez Hilton is nuts if he thinks that's new... but that's a little bit longer video than what I saw. I believe the one I saw many years ago started with the explosion and stopped after the staff tackled him... I'd not seen the part where he gets back up.

TMZ claims "sources" say the LAPD is now treating this as a homicide case.

Really?

Three weeks after your crime scene took place? Three weeks after MJ's family went in and cleared out his "stuff" to protect it from looters before LAPD went in to collect "evidence"?

Meanwhile, he's still in the basement at Forest Lawn and the custody hearings have been postponed three times, no official cause of death yet and no signature on his death certificate to make it legal for him to be buried or for insurance claims to be made.

Anybody else think this is all a little too ridonkulous?

Yes.

You know, you expect mayhem on a grand scale in the wake of the death of Michael Jackson, but EVEN for Mike, this is all really really weird.

I love the mass media.
Why is it when he was alive and these pictures surfaced (yes, I've seen them before ABC... in many places) the wound was from a spider bite that got a really serious infection, and no one questioned it... nor did they care.

Now the big dogs are going to take it and run with no explanation, just bring in the 'convenient' deduction that it has to be something sinister and related to drug abuse? Why is that?

And how many of you out there are eating this up thinking, "Oh my God, he was shooting up in his legs!"

Gimme a fucking break, ABC.
