My first Journey show was with Jeff. I already was familiar with Def Leppard and they were great on that tour, but the show made me a Journey fan.

I would like the 1980 tour with Rolie with so many of my favorite Departure songs. And Neal was especially good looking with his wild black ringlets and Perry had his sexy soulful look going and Rolie had quite the body from what I can tell on the boot I have with his white pants and baby blue open top.  It's a win-win.

3. and of course Journeys last tour with SP in 1997 :P

This would be my list too. #4 would be a Departure show. I did see them on the ROR tour and immediately wished I had made a Frontiers show.

Mountain Aire (ROR) was my first Journey show, and it was awesome. They were ON and must have played for nearly 3 hours. It was unbelievable. I can't believe they never released a DVD of that show given how good it was and that's it was filmed.

In the interest of selecting a show I didn't see, I'd go with either the Day on the Green when they played Separate Ways for the first time, or something from say Departure with Rolie. Maybe one of the big Chicago shows?

Sony would have to do that. They own all the video footage and sound recordings. And as far as the DVDs, everyone in the band and Perry would have to approve it first, I think.
