US rockers FOREIGNER are set to release a new 3-CD set of new music, remixed hits and live performances.
Entitled Can't Slow Down, the album will be available on September 29th via Rhino Entertainment.
The album features 13 new songs produced by Marti Frederiksen and Mark Ronson, the title track a nod to NASCAR and the band's appearance at this year's Samsung 500 in Texas.
The second disc remixes Foreigner classics such as 'Double Vision', 'Cold As Ice', 'Urgent', 'Hot Blooded' and 'I Wanna Know What Love Is'.
The third disc in the set is a DVD which culls performances of hits in 5.1 surround sound, plus footage from Foreigner's current European tour.
The collection will be sold exclusively at Walmart for $12. The band launches its US tour July 30th in Morristown, N.J.

Hopefully Foreigner will put more effort into theirs. It's a good deal for the customer and the band though. You can't beat $12 for a new record and a DVD.

I think this type of shit is blasphemy. It makes me want to puke. I didn't like it when Journey did it, and I don't like it now. It serves one purpose and one purpose only - to make a statement to the lead singer that your vocals aren't what made our sound, and that we can do just as good without you.
Bullshit!

Because it was so good it mindfucked you. It did that to me too and I almost threw it out, then I listened to it a couple more times, then I listened to greatest hits a couple more times, only to realize, that for the most part, Pineda made those songs better, not worse.
<--ducks flying beer bottles.
Seriously, fuckin A, someone had to say it.

Yes, you usually can tell if someone is either stoned off their ass on drugs, drunk or just flat out wacked due to what they say . In your case, since no one can stay stoned 24/7 I disagree with GB and pick option #3.![]()

At $12 and with a DVD too, your'e a sucka if ya don't buy.
I'll be first in line to grab this. Hansen is absolutely superb, and gives the classics the justice they deserve.
