Yeah, Cheeky, looks like you hit the nail on the head.
Seriously he seemed to have a smoking hot GF, judging by his myspace site. Maybe he's going to enjoy being a teenager instead of hanging out with us old fucks. I'm thinking that's what happened to Phen we she stopped posting. She probably realized there were a lot of fun things for 16 year old girls to be doing other than posting here.

YES & ASIA???? Gunbot - we need to talk! What is your opinion of 90125 and Astra? 2 of my fave albums.

90125 was just a great new direction for the band. I'm originally a trooper but had no problem switching camp to become a generator. Trevor Rabin brought so much to the table, I didn't need convincing. Changes is my favorite from that album.

I have mixed feelings about Astra. Wetton had definitely grown on me as a vocalist but the departure of Steve Howe put me off a tad bit.
Mandy Mayer is great but overall, I prefer Asia or Alpha. I think that Go and After The War are the strongest songs from Astra.

I enjoy 90125, but Big Generator hasn't really caught on with me yet. "Rhythm of Love" is a great tune, but other than that I can't seem to find anything else on the album that interests me.

Really, it is just about avoiding confusion. Everyone is clear of exactly what you are referring to.

Gideon is a teenager????????????????

The guy has an old head on his shoulders then.
Sounded way more mature than someone in their teens.

I didn't know he'd 'resigned' either.

Thanks Gunbot - i thought 90125 was so far ahead of the game when it came out and Rabin probably had a lot to do with that. Changes is one of the best for sure.
Still love that whole album - one of the few that i never sequence or miss tracks out on.

It's pretty easy to hold your own on a keyboard. Usually in real life, it's much more difficult for people to say the same things when speaking face to face with people. When you're young you don't realize that.

Either way, whatever.

Thats why I dont hide who I am nor my appearance. I think most on here know what I look like and I dont hide places I go to. If I say it believe it. I dont BS but I will back up my talk. I was raised by a southern dad who didnt take kindly to cowards and big talkers. If I came home whining about a bully what I got from my dad wouldve been far worse than what that bully wouldve done to me. I cant say that Gideon wouldnt/couldnt back up his talk because I dont know him well enough but I like his style. And he gets the benefit of a doubt here!

Obviously style is subjective. As for the benefit of any doubt? It takes a lot to get that from me. A lot more than talk.

He was originally using the name Strange Medicine when he began posting here. I think he was around 16 then. He was banned and after petitioning Andrew, given a second chance. No one knew he was the former Strage Medicine but his posting style soon betrayed him and Annie Introduced the possibilty openly. That's when he revealed who he was and the circumstances allowing his return.

This time, in the end, he actually seemed intent on being removed. Maybe he wanted to leave but found the place too addicting and required a little help to break away, so he created his own Death By Moderator scenario which seems to have worked rather well.
