Why shouldn't he be gracious to them?!?! They never fired band members, put the band on the shelf for years, lied about touring to disband a lineup or fired the manager! He did!

I think about what has been DONE to the other guys to make them talk the way they do, not the potshots he supposedly doesn't take now.
The ever-spoken about "classy high road" he "always" takes took a-loon-omitted-in-public(and I guarantdamnTEE snickered about in the private online p. Palaces) detour south after the Walk Of Fame when his response to commenting on Steve Augeri's thanking him in the Red13 liner notes was to refuse to acknowledge Augeri and instead dismiss the thanks and call him "a soundalike or whatever he is."
And lest we forget amongst the tarring and feathering of Schon/Cain (Journey) that goes on from most former singer-only camps that he's BARELY been SPOKEN OF since TBF until the gag order obviously expired last year and Neal gave an interview with some () unfavorable remarks regards to perry's ability to be a bandmate and as well as a flippant comment at the end of the interview

Are you talking about REO? Well, Gary Richrath was fired...and REO only released one album during the period of Journey's haitus and it charted at Number 129.

You're hilarious. Completely jaded, cynical and bitter, but hilarious.
People hear how SP speaks of Neal and Journey and they hear how Neal and Journey speak of SP. They'll form their own opinions.
Nobody really knows exactly the things that happened, but one side sounds polite and classy and one side sounds like whining little babies. It's very simple to understand. SP isn't stupid enough to say "Fuck Him" in an interview. He knows what a foolish PR move that would be. Some get it and some just don't.

RedJoan13 is off his meds and a complete wacked out kook. Dude is clueless as a blind squirrel looking to take a shit in a bowling alley. He hates Perry, and loves Schon and Friga...go figure. He and others insinuate the "poor guys had to wait and he screwed them over and whaa whaaa whaaaa." Those shitheads drive people out of their fucking band. They are complete douches, all of them save Pineda. Is it any wonder why hardly anyone in the industry respects Schon and Friga? Fuck no it isn't. They're garbage human beings.

I didn't know that they were not respected. It seems that his peers have always stated that Schon was underrated. Like he should be getting more kudo's than what he does. Perry gave him top honors. I wonder who Schon would say was the musician that he got the most out of working with? He would be dishonest if he didn't admit to Perry. In my opinion, his best and most memoriable work is with Perry/Journey.

Schon is a talent for sure, but think about it. He is almost never put in a top 20 guitar list. When he plays fast it becomes blurry, sloppy. He tends to be too dramatic when playing. His slower bending and emotional work is top notch, as his remembrance for notes and keys.
As to who he would say he got the most out of working with? I would like to ask him that. I did ask him about Perry on that one night in Beantown. Aside from all the Perry disses, and there were tons, he did say "the motherfucker was never out of key." Who knows? He might say Cain now. Good question to ask him.
