a request to Steve Perry's agent to request an interview with him.
Steve Spears is the guy that said a LOT of nice things about Steve Perry
during the CBC Q interview. Steve Spears wrote a blog about being stoked that
he was hearing Steve Perry responding over the radio to what Spears said during the CBC interview.

As for what questions? I'd just ask, why no new music in the last 15 years(not counting I Stand Alone, which I love)?

When he put out FTLOSM, I remember an interviewer asking him about the long time with no new music, and he said, "Because I've had nothing to say musically, until now. I don't release albums just because it's time to put out an album. If I've got nothing to say, you won't hear from me until I do."

It really sounds like words that we should all listen to and that help us to understand why there has been silence for so long. Maybe we're finally getting to the point where the master has something to say.
