I have heard that there's already two different forums that have been started up by ex-PV members. My guess would be that they might try to pick up where PV left off. I think if is was me, I'd want to get the ex members together and try to figure out a way to get all that money back they spent on those shirts.

All the victims should join together and seek legal representation. I have followed this thread with growing horror. Even I am shocked with what has been happening over at PV.

The victims of any fraud she has committed could also call the local police in the City where Kathy lives and report this. If enough victims report, they will take all the reports and put them together into a case and prosecute her, most likely as a felony. However, when the D.A. gets the case from the police, the D.A. may turn the case over to the Federal Prosecutor, because it involves the kinds of things alleged. Just be sure that each victim who reports also reports the amount of money they lost and ask for reimbursement as part of her sentencing. That way, no one needs to sue her, it just becomes part of her sentencing judgment.

out of respect for others maybe the pv posts should not be made available here. i get the need to expose this kathy person, she seems like a real piece of work and clearly has crossed the line with people. it is unfortunate that she used the fans of perry to make a dime, very scummy actions. i hate seeing fans made fun of because of their sigs if it was in a private forum and now made public.

I don't think I ever did end up buying one of those, I don't have one. Only 2 Journey/SP shirts I have are an old Escape era baseball jersery type shirt and a FTLSM tshirt.

I have 1 tee shirt that I did buy for $25.00 a few years ago that did have Steve's face on it. The increase Kathy said was coming from the place where she was going to be doing her busy. According to her they are the cause of the increase. As well, as the number that she had to get before the order could go in. That was 12 and it went up to 25.

I also found out within the last few days that if you had PV make you a signature that is to die with the forum. The person who made them doesn't want their "artwork" all over the internet. Why in blue blazed didn't they tell us that the signature could only be used there. That it was on "loan" to you from them. I never would have had 2 made for me.

They have NO say if you use your Sig anywhere even if they did make it because they hold no Copyright to the images........You have to pay to have copyright so they have no leg to stand on use you sig if you like it so much and flip them the bird if they complain.......Stepping off my soap box now

Thanks for giving me an answer that I was hoping to read. Because that is what I thought myself. Like I posted before they never told me that it was just for PV either. Nor was it posted anywhere stating that the signatures were just for PV. So it if usesd else where it isan honest mistake.

Well i don't see how you could make fun of the PV people.But some will do just that.I have been their so i know it's not funny at all.My heart goes out to them because they got screwed by her.

So many of us are former members of PV, and victims of Kathy. We have seen it all before. There is no doubt, she'll be back. She always comes back.

I rather suspect that with all the very public outing, if she comes back, it won't be as "PV" and it might not be under the name "Kathy". Rule of thumb, if the owner starts asking for money... leave.

So many of us are former members of PV, and victims of Kathy. We have seen it all before. There is no doubt, she'll be back. She always comes back.
