Hey J, welcome back from the clouds. You stated you called me. That is what you said and I responded to that. Now when I bring it out to the public, you act like you're the victim here. Gee, I bet there's a support group somewhere that can help you. You made the comment and I made a challenge. Are you telling the truth or are you the fraud that I said you are. You have until Tuesday at 6PM to correct your comment and state you didn't call me or produce the cell phone statement I asked you for. In addition, you stated Greg, Jim and Mike called me as well. You know that isn't true either. Greg is with you now, just ask him. Your comments were deliberate to make me out to be the problem. You are really portraying yourself to be the professional that you really are. Remember the deadline is 6 pm on Tuesday.

Jim, Chad, Mike, and Greg and myself all got in touch with Barry personally today to meet at a neutral location next week and discuss his issues with me and the rest of the band. Barry refused to do this. That being said, I assume he is not interested in working any issues out with me or the band. Unfortunately, I don't expect him to disappear, nor do I expect to hear the last from him.

I appreciate your lack of confidence in me. The ONLY phone call I received from was from Chad. The end result was that I agreed to not say anything on MR concerning J and he would inform J to do the same. In addition, he was going to suggest to J that I not receive anymore text messages from a certain person. That was the agreement. I would appreciate you do a better job on the facts before you reach a conclusion. By the way, I made an offer of Monday or Tuesday to reveal the evidence of the calls. Which day would you prefer? I am going to hire a notary to accompany me to the AT&T Store in my town.

You say you reached an agreement....that is giving your word on something...like signing a verbal contract...and you just reneged on the deal.
Can you BOTH just drop it now? At least drop it on public forums? Doesn't look like you are going to get together anytime soon and try to resolve the issues between you so the best thing you can do is to agree to disagree and go your separate ways and get on with your life's......but if either of you want to get further vindication then do what you will off the internet...just quit slandering each other here...like I said, I've met you both and you both were very nice so I don't want to be forced into choosing sides.....and many others I'm sure that are fans of either you or Jeremey ... the both of you ....don't want to have to choose to go with one side or the other in this divorce...we would like to continue to like BOTH of you...ok? So now I'm a liar too? That's the way it works right? Change the facts just enough so that they seem reasonable enough but paint someone in a shittier light so the issue gets so clouded everyone comes out looking shady.

You said each and every one of you contacted Barry "personally". This means ALL of you contacted him, not just Chad. I'm not answering for Barry here, but again... you just got caught in another lie! Say what you will, but you're having issues with telling the truth (again). This is just another great example of how you like to distort things to look like you're the good guy and EVERYONE else is out to get you.

Well, I'm sorry if I..and Barry mistook what you said, Jeremey....but you did write " personally" " got in touch" with him. You may not have meant it that way but when you said you all " personally" got in touch with him there was no other way to take it. Personally to me means that each of you talked to him one on one...personally.

Kinda how all this mess between y'all probably started in the first place...someone says something one way but means it another. Instead of someone asking for clarification first they take how something is said and run with it. Then misunderstandings continue to build from there. Like most fights...it starts out with simple misunderstandings of meaning and escalates.

See how easily misunderstandings happen and grow? What we have here is " failure to communicate" .

Now....if you all...Barry, you and Jim understand and see how easily that happens from this example then maybe....just maybe..you all can chill out and get together and talk now? Really look at things with clearer sight and maybe see now that most, if not all of the fighting is due to misunderstanding? Get together and clarify your meanings of things that have been said and be open to hearing what each other has to say to...try to see things from their perspective too while you clarify yours. And try to keep in mind that you are all fallible human beings who make mistakes.

Barry....if someone cares enough to reach their hand out to you then you should appreciate that.....and you would be better off accepting the offer rather then keep feeling angry. You were all friends and colleagues for a very long time.
..so what a shame it would be if your pride and anger would keep you from taking the chance to repair and heal the wounds. Get together with your buds, hun....clear the air, drink a beer, listen to each other, admit mistakes, apologize for any wrongs and then laugh at yourselves. Don't live and die with regrets.

Let's understand a few things. The conversation with Chad never included sitting down with the band. As I stated earlier, it was discussed to be between Chad, myself and J. Chad and I talked and we worked out an agreement. There was no conversation about the other bandmates or having a meeting Tuesday at 6 pm.

J, I appreciate the thoughtful comments to try to ruin me but I don't really think it's working. Today, I read a comment where you wrote that you contacted me. I said it was untrue and you have proved that point to the MR audience. It is in black and white and there is no confusion about what you wrote.

While I was in the band for five years, the problematic prople were you and your wife. You guys gave us alot to talk about and alot to laugh at. You were the butt of many jokes. The way you are going, you will be continuing that trend on MR.

I have no anger towards you and I am not trying to gain recognition by attacking you. You brought me up a few days ago and I responded. It is as simple as that. You can fool some of the people on MR because they don't know you personally.

There is no need to keep this going. I made a challenge and I intend to prove you never contacted me as you stated.

I am here, but a bit busy........oh have you tried Candy POPCORN? Years ago we had a place that would dip popcorn in all these wonderful flavors.....you could have grape, tuti fruity, cotton candy, etc. It was so tasty! They went out of buisness though. It was a bit pricey but oh so worth it!
