A 53-year-old who claims he is secretly engaged to Miley Cyrus has been charged with trying to stalk the US teen star.
Mark McLeod was arrested after trying to contact the Hannah Montana actress on a film set near Savannah, Georgia.
McLeod was previously arrested in June for disorderly conduct and obstruction after he attempted to breach a security cordon around the set.
He has been ordered not to return to Tybee Island, east of Savannah, and to stay away from Cyrus and her family.
Cyrus, 16, is currently shooting her new Disney film, The Last Song, in the popular holiday spot.
McLeod was arrested on Tuesday after security men reported he had returned to the beachside movie set at the weekend.
Police said they had been on the lookout for him since his earlier arrest on 22 June.
A police report said McLeod claimed he had met Cyrus 18 months earlier and that she had accepted his marriage proposal.
He is said to have told police that Cyrus' father, country singer Billy Ray Cyrus, approved of their relationship and that Cyrus had sent him "secret messages" through her TV show.
Cyrus has become a global superstar since first appearing in Disney's Hannah Montana TV show in 2006.
The singer plays her first UK dates later this year, beginning at London's O2 Arena in December.
