What was the most insufferable was the constant calling Kathy "Queen" since supposedly Steve called her that. I wasn't there, so I don't know if he did or not. ( I just can't see him calling her that! )

That Make a Wish Foundation scam has been running for WWAAYAYY more than a couple of years. Tell your friend to dig deep.

She will. She's not letting this one go. If I remember she did say the foundation had no records of any donations for at least a couple of years. That's all he couple find on short notice.

Somebody is in BIG trouble. This is Racketeering at its finest. Many many years in prison. Your friend who is looking into it only needs to call the local U.S. Attorney's office and tell her story and they will direct her to the appropriate department. This case rises to the Federal level, and believe me the Feds take this kind of thing VERY seriously. They will put a U.S Marshall on the case and gather all the facts without your friend having to do another thing except to report it. THe Feds prison sentences are MUCH longer than in State Court. Racketeering was my specialty when I was prosecuting so I'm speaking the truth here from experience. Very sad that people get involved in these scams. I prosecuted a guy once that was selling non-existent coffee stands to investors. Investors gave him millions to invest with him and he would show them pictures of the coffee stands and all. He would use new money to pay old investors a return and then one day, one of the investors took a trip to the state where his coffee stand was suppose to be and it was a dirt field, no coffee stand. That caused the whole house of cards to come down. Deleting the website won't cure Perryville's problem if they have been doing what is alleged.

I'll make sure to let my friend know what you have told me.

Just be sure she is calling the U.S. Attorney's Office (Federal), not the Attorney General (that' the State's prosecutor). If the donations were made across state lines, it becomes Federal and the fact that it is internet fraud, also makes it Federal. The U.S. Marshall's office are like the cops for the Feds. She can call that office if she can't find the U.S. Attorney's Office first. She can also call the FBI and they can direct her to the right department within the agency. There are usually FBI local offices, or at least a regional office. Good luck.

Hi everyone and sorry for the drop in but I just couldn't resist. I stopped posting on message boards years ago cause I was guilty of some of the fights (but I do read here from time to time cause a lot of you have really fun things to say) but I just had to chime in and tell you all how MUCH I (along with other founding members of PV ) are enjoying this thread!!!!

I think I can speak for my best buddy, along with myself when I say "It's about frigging time the witch got her's" and if I can help out in any way to see that she does I will be happy to. I always told the Kat that I have a lot of patience and one day she will blow it and piss off too many people and it's all going to come crashing down around her. I will be there LMAO without any sympathy.

Not to offend anyone, but back in the day when she first turned on us we tried to warn people what she was like and to watch out for her but unfortunately she convinced most that we we were just mad at her and making it all up. Well I must admit she's got that disgusting way of convincing people that it's never her fault and I'm sorry everyone has to learn from first hand experience just what a conniving, manipulative, lying, SICK women she really is, but hopefully that won't happen again.

I have NO doubt she's scouring the net daily to see what people are saying about her and she's lurking here and she'll be back if she thinks she can fool everyone. She's a kat that hopefully is on her last life and best lay low forever, cause I for one would LOVE to see her lying, thieving butt in prison where she belongs (if they have cells big enough)

As for her rants about her so called copyrights etc. she knows she's full of it but she intimidates people and they get scared. She has no legal rights to anything she has and she knows it. When she made the first set of t-shirts she used a pic she bought from Mike Husman off of ebay and when he found out he told her she had no right to do that and banned her from buying any future pics that belonged to him. Heck I used to take pics that she put watermarks on and take the marks off and post them back just to piss her off and laugh at her. Since the PV days I have received my degree as a Graphic Designer and I know about copyright so again she's making me laugh with her stupidity.

A lot has changed since the Kat first started playing the victim on the unofficial SP site and broke off to make PV, but her MO remains the same. She's been reading people's PMs and looking up their IP's and changing people's passwords etc. since she first opened that board. If you don't love and worship her above all else and do exactly what she tells you then you are against her and you are booted. She's the Queen of PV alright so off with her head already.

I admit I fell for her BS, believed all her lies and used to back her up to the point of being HATED on the net because of my posts, but she turned on me and then her co-owner and then even the women that was paying for the forum (some of you remember) at the time and that's because she couldn't tell us what to do once we figured out she wasn't the sweet innocent person she pretended to be. I owe Gini an apology for not believing her when the kat fights first started at the OSPFC. Since then I have witnessed PV go through at least four groups of members (some of you are here) and so far Kat has burned all of them. She had to make it a private forum finally because she couldn't have everyone she booted (especially us cause I for one would always call her out on it) reading the same lies she was continuing to use on new people that didn't know her true nature. I hope everyone has now been warned and I pray we can get her game shut down ONCE and for all. I do admit I couldn't believe anyone would actually pay money to be on that forum but if she can make a buck she will.

Smart is not her middle name and I bet her tiny brain is doing flip-flops thinking up her next line of BS to be the victim in this situation also. Bet the IRS would like to know about all her "extra" earnings and sales etc cause I seriously doubt she's ever claimed any of it and robbing the money for the MAW is just downright STUPID. Talk about leaving a trail. I hope most wrote her a check but it can be tracked on Paypal just as easily and this really is a serious crime.

Wow, do I hear ya especially on those points. When did Kathy start charging for PV, must have been after I left, cuz I never paid a fee? Oh and welcome to the forum, pull up a chair and stay awhile. Hi Midnighthour was you on the original USPFC message board back in 2001 when it first started and Kathy was there? I was there and remember Kathy being there. Gini asked her "Why don't you start your own board?" and when Kathy did just that she pm'd everyone on the USPFC message board telling members to join her site and leave Gini's. Kathy's poison has been going on since 2001 when she was asked to leave USPFC message board and started her own. When she closed her site for the first time in 2004 all of us that survived the fire have been trying to warm people but she made herself out to be the wounded victim and sadly some believed her making us the bad guys. "Under construction" is a general thing that is there when a website is owned/hosted but not in use. So that does not necessarily mean it's coming back. Check out Steve Perry's domain - that one also has an under construction placeholder. All it means is someone still pays for it/owns it, yet has no content on it. I used to have a friend that hosted a site and the way it worked was if a person pays for a month/year at a time, or so, and pulls it down themselves, they've still paid for the hosting so the place holder will be there until the month or year expires.

Wow, where to start. It's hard for me to to understand how anyone, especially someone who uses the word "christian" could cheat a charity. People never cease to amaze me. Oh and $40.00 for a t-shirt? That's some profit margin, which is understandable if in fact all of the profits were being raised for charity. It would be safer just to send a donation directly to Make a Wish. I can understand how most likely the posters at that site thought that they were helping a charity and probably in good faith paid the asking amount. It sounds like the admin really has a way of manipulating people.

Still, Bravenet and Angelfire are free options. Oh and I think it was Patricia who said that someone made a sig for her at Perryville and she wasn't supposed to use it anywhere else? What is up with that? I love to make sigs and do it quite often. Whoever made the sig should consider it a compliment that it's being used. If it's because of the photo that was used then perhaps the sig artist should have used another image if she didn't want it posted.

As far as the private messages, wow, someone really needs to get a hobby if they have time to look at other private messages. I barely remember to check my own let alone others. That's like opening someone's mail. I can understand why the posters were livid about that. I have my own forum (not a perry forum) and in my opinion the admin sets the tone for the board.

As far as the private messages, wow, someone really needs to get a hobby if they have time to look at other private messages. I barely remember to check my own let alone others. That's like opening someone's mail. I can understand why the posters were livid about that. I have my own forum (not a perry forum) and in my opinion the admin sets the tone for the board.

Wow, where to start. It's hard for me to to understand how anyone, especially someone who uses the word "christian" could cheat a charity. People never cease to amaze me. Oh and $40.00 for a t-shirt? That's some profit margin, which is understandable if in fact all of the profits were being raised for charity. It would be safer just to send a donation directly to Make a Wish. I can understand how most likely the posters at that site thought that they were helping a charity and probably in good faith paid the asking amount. It sounds like the admin really has a way of manipulating people.

Secondly, you had to pay to post on that forum? Huh? Forumco does have free forums and there are many others out there or did I misunderstand and she was charging to access the site? Still, Bravenet and Angelfire are free options. If there is an Under Construction message as another poster said, it probably means that the hosting space has been paid for and the pages are just deleted. If another site isn't opened, I will be surprised though. There is always a different name or a private option. People like this love the attention and the drama.

Welcome. I know what you mean. I have had a Forumco forum before and the service is free or at least it was back then. I think she was just charging for the Forum. I never joined but that is to my understanding. Now I do pay for my site, and yes BJG your right about the placeholder. But honestly, I'm betting she will be back. Maybe under a new name and with a new site. Someone that does something like this to people will not come back as we know her. On the internet it is very easy to take on a new identity. You can be anyone you want to online. I know that running a site is allot of work, time, money and dedication. But it gets into your blood and it can overtake you if you let it. Just look at me! Her friends think I'm too strict about that but oh well. The internet opens the door to a lot of nuts. I can understand paying for a site. You don't have to deal with all the downtime and ads and hosting is super cheap now. You're a writer? That must be fun.

You are so right, Ginger. Emily is a daddy's girl. Her mother doesn't play with her very often. She usually sits her in front of the TV or gives her a coloring book & crayons. To Emily it's a big treat when she gets to spend some time with me b/c I'll play barbie dolls with her. She especially likes when I make them talk b/c I'll use different voices for the different dolls. That makes her giggle which makes my heart burst with joy.

My Dad is my hero.

I wish I could say the same. Don't get me wrong. I love my dad. I never miss a Father's Day, birthday, Christmas & so forth. I always visit & bring him a gift, but he does the same dramatic exit every time. He goes into the den & shuts the door refusing whatever I bring him & refusing to come out until I leave. And so I visit with my mom. She loves me unconditionally.

I agree that a good Dad is very important in a child's life. My Dad wasn't perfect, but we're all faulted. My daughter and my husband have a really good relationship and he works a lot of hours. He always makes time to take her to a race, the science center or something that they both are interested in. I have noticed that many of her friends do not have that relationship with their father and that makes me sad. They're great kids.

Okay, do I sound old when I ask do kids ever speak with their friends on the phone? I don't text, except with my daughter once in awhile when she's out.
