I have some video clips from various friends who have attended the concert in various venues and they are not uploaded in YouTube. BUT the mere thought of posting them here, I can almost hear GB wailing . . . "Oh, please, my bleeding ears!" So . . .

Like I said earlier, I've only watched a few from this year and that was enough. I'll wait for the Manila DVD.

NO, that's not the reason. Some here complained, remember? They said they're tired of hearing/watching the same songs over and over.

So they punished the plokkers also because of what we said here?
I think it' more to do with Heart not wanting to be filmed. The band will have NR opening a lot of their shows for the remainder of the tour so we will see if the policy changes. Personally, I think that's what DVDs are for and as the Manila Video was done in full key, it should blow away any this detuned stuff showing up on Youtube anyway.

There were a few videos for every concert (except Rockford) and usually they surfaced a few days after the concert. We just stopped posting them here because some here complained. If I am not mistaken Perrywoman was wondering why she doesn't see concert videos any longer here at MR's Journey forum. I maybe wrong. But it's all good.

AP's site concert thread views went up considerably. Maybe some of the members here who are fans of the current line-up take a peek over at AP' site for concert news and reviews.

You are not kidding. The thread views over there used to be in the hundreds even with a hot topic. Now thousands. Talk about a spike! :D

I don't deny it at all. Thank god it was on a solo tour when he stepped down for this. Never mind that he was 45 years old also. Is this what AP has to look forward to in three years?

Hope not, but get a damn good album out before it goes. He needs a little legacy of his own to live on when he retires.

I doubt Arnel's voice will fail to such an extreme in 3 years. I think Perry would still have some sort of voice if he would've sang more in 84 - 85 and then from 87-94. I don't think taking all that time off helped his voice one bit. As a vocalist, I can say that keeping your vocals warmed up and in use, you don't really lose them. If you go 2 days without singing, your voice sounds MUCH cleaner than if you go 2 weeks without singing.

Maybe an album where all the members took turns on lead vocals. That'd be HUGE!

Damn, it wasnt that bad. 1st night of tour nerves against his own high expectations of himself probably didnt help. There are a few shows on that tour where he sounded as good as he did during the ROR period. He wasnt as consistent however. Age does not discriminate unless you are John Farnham.

I think JSS would've done INCREDIBLE on 'One More'. It needs that deeper vocal tone. Augeri did okay with it, but Arnel does awesome because his voice is deeper.

All my Videos are uploaded now. I hope you all enjoy them. Journey is an incredible band and the concert was alot of fun. I still and will always wish it was Steve Perry up there on that stage but I have to say Arnel is working hard for the band and doing a great job.
