I took a look at the forum member list (to see if I could find the supposed Anastasia Beaverhausen posts), and I noticed that out of the last 150 new forum members, only two of them have posted anything. Do people just join this forum and never post? Were these people mainly spammers that Andrew never allowed out of the gate, or do people just randomly waste their time registering to post on message boards that they have no intention of posting on?

My guess is they're waiting for that email that will never come. I don't know if things have changed since you first joined, Voyager, but when I first joined just a few months ago the "rules" said that you are to sign up & that when you are approved a message will be sent to your email address letting you know you've been approved. Well, I've been posting here since May & I have yet to receive that email. The only way I even knew I was approved is that Portland let me know via another website we were both posting on. Otherwise, I would have waited forever.... & ever..... & getting increasingly discouraged ....... & depressed .... & wondering why Andrew doesn't like me ...... & why I'm not good enough to be a member....... & wondering, "Was it something I said?" ...... until one day I wouldn't have been able to even get up out of bed. There would have been nothing left to live for.

I see. Well if that is the case, I guess I can't blame him. A lot of forums are getting hit hard by spammers these days. I know a guy who has to delete 150-200 spam posts every morning from spammers who post on his forum late at night.

So they can post big advertisements of their crap, hoping someone will click on it. A spammer is someone who makes money off of advertising, either through sending you unwanted emails or doing what we've talked about here.
