Slander? What are you talking about? All I see are responses to posts. If you put something out there, it's going to get a response.

What I found absurd was your referral to a crying child (they cry, after all) as representative of "bad parenting," so why didn't the old man "slap her instead"?

So, yes, in a way, you INDIRECTLY condone it. That's how I read it. Either way, nobody else in this thread agrees with you (so far).

You condone this man's reaction, especially towards a child that's not his? Interesting.

Please stay and reach for my daughter and watch me break your arm in 3 places. Then I can ask for security as you sceam for help.

What a piece of shit this guy is. Mind your own fucking business or deal with the consequences.

Like the legendary Kevin James said... "I HATE people I don't know".

Unfortunately MadSplash, there are people out there who "actually train" to fight, everyday. (I'm not talking about the old man either) and they don't care about the average joe who is upset, in fact they love the angry ones. It's good and well saying things, however! sometimes it's best to just walk away while you still have the chance, you never know who your fighting, and what they will bring to the table. Sure "IF" somebody hurts your child, do something about it, however if you fail? then what.

Fighting is bad bad bad. Unless you know how, don't bother, I'm serious don't bother.

Some people train to fight. Some people carry sidearms. Some are parents. Never mind fighting skills, I know some moms (no, they don't resemble Chyna) who scare me more than a UFC fighter. Don't fucking touch their kids, let alone strike them. You might be holding your tongue in your hand. What would you do if somebody slapped your kid? Lecture them? I doubt it. Either way, that's an old(er) man. I'm sure any one of us in here could make him say "Uncle" without too much effort. The real issue would be the legal/civil bullshit you'd have to wade through afterward.

Nope, there is nowhere in this thread I condone his actions, I said "Big deal" and really, it is not a big deal (nobody died or got injured). Was he wrong for hitting the child, of course he was!. And if madsplash directed that post towards me, I will put a serious complaint towards Andrew for this, I will not take this slander here.

Thanks.

Ahh...he is refering to the dude who slapped the child as a douchebag, not you. Calm down.

Right, thanks. Kind of hard to tell really. But cool, not a problem then! :)

Well I was refering to Madplash, not you mate. I'm done here. Really, this thread is pathetic. Seriously OT threads need to go IMO, I know I guilty of them in the past, but seriously if Andrew put a stop to them, this place would be probably half as interesting perhaps, but maybe there will be less fights.

Thanks.
