Hmm, maybe I'll throw it on. I'm not a HUGE fan of Line of Fire, but for some reason the live version just came on shuffle and I loved it this morning for some reason... but I don't think KoR has ever done much for me.

I get a LOT of Youtubers wanting me to send them DVD's of those old shows. I had a hard drive die on me and lost them all. Can't find them anymore either. :(

I have a lot of other stuff I'd like to post, but I get nagged enough by Youtube that I'm posting copyrighted stuff already. They don't make me take them down, but they put ads on my channel to compensate for them, which I can understand, but I don't want to push it.

Heeeey Dead or Alive isn't bad!! Neither is Keep On Runnin'. The lyrics ain't great, but whatever. DoA's got a sweet speedy thing going and Keep on Runnin' is catchy and Steve does some sweet scale run-ish things in the chorus. Good shit.

...Then again, I hate After the Fall and Happy to Give (ESPECIALLY Happy to Give; sounds WAY too happy-flowery-hugs-and-puppies for me... blame my being a metalhead, I guess), and everyone seems to like those, so maybe I'm just weird.

I like Baby I'm a Leavin' You.

Honestly my least favorite Journey songs would have to be Open Arms, Homemade Love, Can Do, Happy to Give, and Castles Burning (the last half of the song drives me NUTS)

I agree with you about the least favorite Journey songs! Except for Can Do, that one is just... meh to me. not awful, but not absolute crap either.

It's oddly catchy but I can't stand it.

And I'm usually a sucker for any song with Gregg Rolie singing and crunchy guitar riffs. I think most of it comes from the god-awful lyrics.

True. There's worse Journey lyrics, though. Like backtalk. B-b-b-backtalk! More like Sh-sh-sh-shut up!

 :?

Don't let the title of the song fool ya. I love that song, but I don't see any happy puppy flowers in there anywhere.

There's a ton of songs on TBF that are fucking awful. It's almost a depressing CD, with all of the ballads and lovers lament crap on it...

It's, IMHO, one of the weakest Journey CDs ever recorded.....it's a sad way to go out...

I think FTLOSM is a stronger album than TBF, actually...

It's the chorus!! Maybe the song isn't all happy-dappy, but that damn chorus.... maybe the description I'm searching for is overly-sappy. :P

To strangegrey: I agree with you about TBF vs. FTLOSM. There are WAAAY too many songs on TBF anyway! They needed an editor!

The Japanese version of TBF had "I can see it in your eyes" a much better song imo. Journey doing Reggae? not good!

Yeah, I Can See it in Your Eyes was fun and rockin'. Wish it was more readily available. Why does Japan always get the cool stuff, anyway? :/

I love Baby I'm A Leavin' You. The songs on TBF I *never* listen to are One More, Don't Be Down On Me Baby, Still She Cries, Colors of the Spirit, When I Think of You. Zzzzzz to tracks 7-10.
