I partially agree with that. However, I have always had issues with what I consider poor judgement on the part of BO. He just continues to prove me right, unfortunately. If there are this many concerns that the public is aware of, can you just imagine how much back room crap has gone on that we don't know about. (that goes for all politicians, btw)

This was more than someone having an affair on their spouse, and this stuff needs to come out into the open. Obviously, Glenn Beck wasn't so 'crazy' as some here tried to portray him. I say put it out there, and let the public decide for themselves. The government is by the people, for the people, after all.

We're in crisis mode, we need a JOB czar. Whatever happened to those 'shovel-ready' jobs we were promised. Because they haven't materialized, my husband has to drive 8 hours to continue to work with the company that he's been working for. The library construction job that was in the works had to get shelved due to lack of funding. Talk about shovel-ready, this thing was all set to go, and we're still waiting.

Obama has been a failure so far in getting things done. He can't blame Glenn Beck, talk radio or even partisan politics for that. There's only one person to blame, and that's the man in the mirror.

President Obama and the US Secretary of State fuelled a fierce American backlash against Britain, claiming Abdelbaset Al Megrahi should have been forced to serve out his jail sentence in Scotland – but a senior Whitehall aide said their reaction was ‘disingenuous’.

British officials claim Mr Obama and Mrs Clinton were kept informed at all stages of discussions concerning Megrahi’s return.

The officials say the Americans spoke out because they were taken aback by the row over Megrahi’s release, not because they did not know it was about to happen.

‘The US was kept fully in touch about everything that was going on with regard to Britain’s discussions with Libya in recent years and about Megrahi,’ said the Whitehall aide.

Well, you cant trust what NO 10's spokesmen say anymore than what Obama's officials at State say. Im sure the actual truth is somewhat different than what this article was saying (although it is true that the Bush administration was urging Britain to normalise ties wiht Libya in recogintion of its abandoment of WMD, so what did we expect Britain to do??

The real problem is that neither Brown nor Obama give 2 shits about the relatinship between the US and Britain. It was a boner of a decison to release al Megrahi but it either govt were putting the alliance first the situation would have been handled differently. Now thanks to their piss poor leadership, we are hearing a bunch of nonsensical anti British crap, countered with nonsensical anti-American crap. You excused Van Jones (not POTUS) from being an avowed Communist by saying he had a good reputation in green jobs. Therefore I take that in your view a Communist working in the WH is ok with you.

I illustrated the absurdidty of that by being absurd with the Hitler comparison of having a good reputation for running the trains, and the example of being absurd went right over your head. You took it in a whole different direction (personally) when it was never intended as such.
