It was pretty damn good, actually and he's hardly spent any time on that song. I think Arnel is quick study or pretty good shift on the fly guy.

Isn't it great that HP is making a comeback to the setlist? I thought that we would never hear that one live again.

Yup, you did by 1/10000th of a second! Reminds me of that Michael Phelps' photo finish at the Beijing Olympics.

But I don't understand it. Look at the time you edited your post at 1:11 pm compared to when I posted mine at 1:10 pm! That's not fair!

I edited it to add that Arnel was on vox because Deen usually sang this one. But we're splittin hairs here. No big deal. I'm just messing with you.

Remember when we asked if it was really him blogging or if AP was a fulltime member of the band? Within hours, Neal addressed both questions on the Journeymusic site. Somebody has their ear to the ground around here.

LockNLoad posted one day swearing he/she wasn't Neal. In fact, LockNLoad was posting here the same time Neal was doing a radio interview, and commented about Neal being at the interview to prove that he/she wasn't him. If it's not Neal, then it's someone close to him.

Many props to Arnel but don't forget Deen. His ghost vocals complimenting Arnel's are what made that great sound. Terrific combination that needs to the bulk of the choruses on the new album. And it will be.

I'd love to hear the complete version of Patiently by itself.
Not too moved by WCTNGOF. I would rather they drop one of the verses and let him bust into that FOREVER AND EVER wail right before the guitars kick back in for Patiently.
Good effort though and ultimately, I would guess it to be the right decision to protect his voice by editing the songs the way they did.

Higher Place--sounds great--encourages Arnel to yell a little?? He yells a little over Neal's guitar--not being negative, I just noticed on this particular song and on Anytime...

P.S. I do believe Neal's arms have gotten huge--that's the first thing I noticed, lol..

This is rich, coming from you.
If the derogatory things said in this post had been about Arnel, you would have condemned the poster and called them out, bitching about how, since Pineda is not white, he is getting a raw deal or some other ridiculous statements, just like you did back in June.
Siince the insults were aimed at Perry though, you can applaud the author of this drivel and say "It's about the band"?

It's best that you crawl back into your igloo before you embarrass yourself even further.
