So, I guess there's a digital likeness of Cobain in one of the Rock Band games and apparently Courtney Love is upset that the character shows up on songs besides Nirvana.

Love's lawyer told us, "Activision is exploiting Kurt's image in a manner anathema to the very essence of his music, spirit and essence.

I along with Ms. Cobain hope those who love Kurt's music strongly voice their sentiments to Activision and demand his image not be debased by singing the songs of Bon Jovi.

Um.... he was probably not even in the right state of mind. People usually are pretty out of it when they decide to commit suicide. That isn't cowardice; it's mental illness. If he did in fact kill himself, of course... *puts on tin-foil hat*
