Blue, please don't quote the Friga pics. In fact, a nice edit job is in order.

As much as you appreciate the cheerleader pics we women can appreciate pics of good looking men. Regardless of what y'all think about JC, he is a handsome man. 8)

If it was Journey doing "Oh Mickey You're So Fine" or "Leave Your Hat On" that'd be one thing... but come on....

Maybe the next gig they can get some clowns and maybe a monkey.
I love the band and this to me is just so UN Journey.

Bry, I take it you didn't see Motley Crue's Carnival of Sins tour. Midgets, clowns, trapeze, etc........now that WAS a circus. But it worked for them. 8) But I agree, Journey's not a sports team.........sorry Portland  but a group cheer just looks stupid/cheesy at a Journey concert???

i didn't have a problem with the dallas cheerleaders coming out on stage. it was fun.

as for jon ad the harmonica.... ummm, yeah, leave that for others. i haven't heard him play it in a few years, but when he started it was not good. don't see the reason for it just as i don't get his need to play guitar.

Rhythm guitar on Stone In Love and Only The Young is absolutely essential. The double crunchy rhythm guitars in SIL song are part of the trademark of the song's sound. Likewise, the D arpeggio going throughout Only The Young are asbolutely necessary to the song and I still want Neal to do his cool sustain lead things on that song. Other than that, Journey doesn't need a second guitar on any other song that I've ever seen.

for specific songs the extra guitar is fine. quite frankly it doesn't even matter to me as i've lost interest in today's line up.

There's something like 200+ new comments on here since I last logged on so I'm not caught up current on my reading. Good to be back (that is, until I get banned.) I think I answered your question in the thread entitled, "MAN COULD BE CHARGED WITH HATE CRIME."

Jeez, do you got me on a GPS tracking device, Jube? You always seem to be right there. Not complaining. Just saying.

Sorry to disappoint, btw. I'm not allowed to go into any details. It's that damn invisible gag order.

Still, it's about music. Makes the band look desperate to me.

it wasn't their ides--the film maker's I heard. I did notice that our guys DID NOT turn around and acknowledge their presence AT ALL. it was kinda weird. I kept waiting but no. I think they were equally as disgusted as we were. the renta hoochies were the production company's idea too.

There is a pretty good sounding boot of this exact Dallas show where the filming took place.

Interesting. I never knew that. Even though I already know how the lead vocals sounded, I'd still like to have that.
