I can't even believe that Dallas is the favorite in this game, but they are by 3. Go figure!

The Bears played well enough to stay in the game and bite us where it hurts the most, taken advantage of many missed opportunities. They weren't the better team, but got the W and that's all that matters. Trap it was. Good game all around by both teams.

Made it interesting? What are you talking about, Pittsburgh was up the whole game until Cutler tied it up in the 3rd. The Steelers missed many crucial plays, including 2 field goals, and a touchdown that went through Santonio's arms. It wasn't until the Steelers missed two FG's to give The Bears a shot to take the victory. Chicago by no means was the better team, but like I said, made the field goal that we couldn't. Nice win for Cutler and the Bears, they needed it. If anything I expected a trap game. It's good to get this loss in, get it out the way, put it behind us and game plan forward now. It was bound to happen.

Pittsburgh made it a game thats what I mean..Ben could have had a few more picks but got lucky..The Bears could have scored a hell of a lot more points...
YoungJRNY wrote:Not really, Chicago took advantage of every scoring opportunity they came across. If anything it was Pittsburgh who left many points on the field and should of scored more than 14 points, Pitt could have put 30 easy ones up there. They moved the ball fairly well and knocked on the door many times. I'm giving The Bears more credit than they showed. THAT'S WHY THEY PLAY THE GAME.

You're not a little concerned with their play so far? Looked very lackluster vs a not-that-good Titans team as well. You guys aren't exactly the king of fast starts in recent history, but still...

They were today, and the scoreboard said so! I still think the Steelers will have a significantly better record when the end of the season rolls around, but at this point, the AFC is WIDE OPEN! Pittsburgh isn't a dominant team. The Patriots have MAJOR issues. The Chargers continue to show they simply can't win games they should win and that Tomlinson is the biggest pussy in the NFL. I think that if Sanchez can play well, the Jets need to be taken seriously. That defense hasn't given up a single touchdown this season, and their offensive line is VERY good. This is going to be a very interesting season.

That's not as far fetched as it may seem. Do I think it will happen? Nope...But I would not be in a state of shock if it did.
Mark Sanchez after 2 games doesn't really look like rookie and I think Joe Flacco has something. 2 teams that may fly under the radar and wind up with 2 very good seasons.

Call a doctor, I cannot believe I am going to say this, but...I agree with you 100%!
The Steelers should have manhandled the Bears, instead the lost. By being too aggresive on D. Cutler killed them with the quick pass during blitzes and the Steelers O couldn't, as usual, convert in short yardage situations.
Good that the Steelers lost, perhaps it will wake them up a bit.
I like the Jets, Sanchez is playing like a seasoned pro not a rookie.
And do over look Baltimore, Flacco is riding high too.
This is why I love football, you just NEVER know week to week what is going to happen!
