Neal almost gave me a haircut!

So I was rocking out on the 1st row in Pensacola last night, right in front of Neal while he was cranking out the jam. He steps up to the front of the stage and I gave him a power rock fist salute and shouted "YEEEAAAHHHHH!!!!!" He smiled just a bit, then tossed a pic at me faster than I've ever seen one thrown. I'm serious, it was fast like Bullseye in the Daredevil comics, and it literally glanced off the top of my head and probably landed 2-3 rows behind me. A total ninja maneuver. If I'd been prepared, I could have jerked my head back like I'd been struck, then turned around with it in my teeth like in the movies.

He walked right past my table near the restaurant downstairs and I got to say hello and shake his hand. We saw just about everyone that day, and I got to meet Jack Blades, too! SUPER nice guy! He co-wrote some songs with Don Dokken, btw. Excellent performer, too -- I really wish I was going to see them again next weekend.
