The story changes a little bit every time I hear it. Maybe his dad can tell the story next time. His perspective might be a bit different than Arnel's.

They really need to hire someone (named Jason  ) to manage their website----someone who can type & read a calendar.

First, I would hope the prerequisite is that Jason be able to read a little more closely. The date of the posting is September 26. In the body of the news article it correctly says the appearance is October 2 - and has all along.

That's the first thing I thought too when I read the one right next to it for Madison Cain's appearance on E which is to air on the 30th. Don't you find those headlines just a tad bit confusing? Anyone reading it would assume the big bolded September 26, 2009----Journey On The Oprah Winfrey Show at first glance is saying "On September 26, 2009 Journey will be appear on the Oprah Winfrey Show." It's only after you read the rest of the blurb that you're left saying WTF, that's confusing. They should have posted October 2, 2009 ---- Journey On The Oprah Winfrey Show which would have left no room for confusion.

BTW.....I aced English, dude or dudette, so me knows howz to gramaktikatackally formz a sentance. (Yes, I misspelled "sentence" on purpose.)

Maybe I need more coffee, but when you go to her site there is not 1 word mentioning Journey airing Oct 2? Bueller, Bueller?

Watch the trailer of the "Everyman's Journey" film. He said that they would sometimes go to a dead man's wake (probably even gate crash one) and sing there so they can have free coffee and biscuits.

Well, from what I have experienced in the Philippines, anyone is welcome to go to one of these wakes, they go on for a few days, maybe even for one week. All the lights in the house where the wakes are taking place are on and are never turned off during the entire time.

The Philippines has a completely different culture then the U.S in the way of sharing food. When you go to people homes in the Philippines, they have all their food out in view and you are welcome to eat whatever you like. Every year they also have Barrio Fiesta's where everyone cooks food and opens their homes to everyone to come and eat. Sharing food amoung friends and strangers in the Philippines is a huge social event. I've never experienced this type of thing in any of the other many countries I've been to before in the world like I have experienced in the Philippines. I think the most popular and used words I've heard during my time in the Philippines was "Lets Eat". The Barangay Captain's I've met in the past are a riot.
I've never eaten a piece of sushi I didn't thoroughly enjoy.

I am LMAO!!!
Oprah is what 5'6"?!?!? Stand tall Neal, you need the height!!!

Maybe she was wearing her 9 inch heals on the show. In that shot, she looks nearly as tall as (Cain?) the keyboard player. I don't think the keyboard player is +/- three inches the same as Oprah.

I just received my Oprah show update and Monday's show is 'Don't Stop Believing!'. The description reads, "He sang on the streets for food...until his YouTube video hit the Internet!"

That's misleading, since that period had long since ended and Arnel had been singing in clubs for nearly 20 years, if I'm not mistaken. That's a more pleasant job than many people have! I hope they are more accurate in the interview and focus on how his dreams came true after decades of hard work.

BTW, Oprah usually wears some serious heels on her show, so she looks about 3" taller than her actual height!

lol...she's not wearing nine-inchers!!! They both start off at 5'6", add 3" heels to Op and lifts for Neal...he simply needs to
stop slumping!!! Yes, Jon Cain is the keyboard/Piano player?!?!? for real?

Seriously. Before AP came to Journey, I only knew SP as the name associated with the band. Sure I know faces only like NS I knew by his face he's in Journey, but I really didn't know his name. I pretty much only want to know the name of the singer for the band, maybe because I used to sing and that was my interest in bands, the vocalists. The only band that I knew every single member's name was the Beatles and that's it.
