In fact, this game made LSU's win seem that much more impressive!!!
A tired ass Tiger team traveling 2600 miles and still beating this
awesome Huskie team that, at the time, I considered a cupcake team!!!

LSU, pick it up boys!!!

Sparty....good fight!!!

Good game, VT!!!

Beating Marshall by 42 points was nice, but beating Nebraska by 1 was much sweeter. Our offense isn't worth snot, but that's Frank and Jim's fault for trying to recruit the next Michael Vick for the past 10 years instead of just getting the best talent possible. But as long as Bud Foster keeps doing his job I'm content. Beamerball ain't what it used to be... but ah well, it can't be 1999 forever.

Should have...

I was there. LOUDEST crowd I have EVER heard (maybe the #1 vs 32 OSU/UofM game a couple years back was close). Once again, I felt we played as hard or harder than USC but, just didn't "finish the deal". BTW, replay showed OSU stopped USC at the goal line on their first score...should have been OSU's ball.

Oh well. I'm over it. Upwards and onwards...

MG, Michigan looks good so far...real good! Should "fuel" the rivalry again if both teams keep it up!

GO BUCKS!

The Vest should NEVER have had Pryor putting that ball up at then end of the half, that basically cost them the deciding pts and was a totally unTressel like move.

And as a Penn State fan, THANK you Tom for taking "The Lebron James In Cleats" off of Penn St's hands.

It would help the "M" if Iowa held tradition, but I'm cheering for a white-out in Happy Valley.

He'll be the QB, but not the reason they win.
Curious to see how OSU matches up against that Iowa front 4...they look to have at least 3 NFL players on that DLine and even 1-2 1st rd pix....Both ends looked like 1st rders against Penn St's line but see what they do against the Buckeyes'

They DIDN'T have it together, as per usual against Iowa.
Ferentz tells that team every year now, "Just don;t make any big mistakes and I will win this game. Of all teams, I know how to play and coach against Penn State" and it is absolutey mind-blowingly exasperating for me.

I thought that was a cheap shot on Tebow, too. Opportunistic

They're good for sure. I like how our OL is shaping up...should be ready for Iowa by that time. It's our shaky QB play and ultr-conservative playcalling that has me nervous...we'll see.

Hey MG...how's my favorite Wolverine babe?

Saw a segment on the Big Ten Channel this AM talking about the U of M "GO BLUE" banner that your team runs under when they come out of the tunnel. I had forgotten Woody's 1973 Ohio State team that ran out of the tunnel at Ann Arbor and tore it down and stomped on it!! YIKES!!!

What an intense rivalry it is and will ALWAYS be!

Also, didn't know that Syracuse actually stole the banner before their game with UM in 1998...Michigan found it the next year when they visited Syracuse!!!

Great stuff!

I see Michigan got another call by the Refigans late in that game on the "interception" that was in actuality a catch by the Indiana player.

It was an UGLY win, Joepa...does nothing for my confidence....
Rich Rodriguez said earlier in the week he’d like the Wolverines to be good enough to play poorly and still win. He got his wish.

Perhaps next week he'll wish for something great!! Sparty looked good vs ND and WILL be in top form for the "M"!!!

Too friggin' HILARIOUS!!

I remember seeing/hearing Ufer's call of the "dasterdly deed" on some show...was too young myself to remember it when it happened.

Might we be shaping up for another "classic" in the history of The Game this year???

Hmmm...

MG, I really hate the outcome of that game. When the Wolvs tied it at the end I truly thought they had it in the bag. But regarless the QB is really good and Mich is headed in the right direction. You will still make a Bowl this year...maybe you'll be back in Orlando????? There is an awesome steakhouse in Downtown.....

Wow... The Washington Huskies just don't give up this year... they gave LSU ALL they could handle (actually outgained them by 200 yards) last second win against USC, taking Notre Dame to OT - and tonight they were down by 12 against the Wildcats with 3 minutes left and they somehow pulled out the win!!!!

Amazing!

Can't believe these are most of the same players that were on an 0-12 team last year.
