Maybe there are now in my area. Maybe one day I will force myself back into Wal-Mart to see.

Just goes to show how screwed up WalMart is. 2 of the stores I went to for the Manila DVD had Revelation but no DVD. :? :? :?

Well, mine had neither, except two Manila DVDs left in one store and sold out otherwise. And talking to the help there is enough to make me kill myself. One clerk was missing her front teeth and had no clue about the DVD and kept wanting to talk to me about her hippy days. Thank God, as I was leaving another clerk came up to me and he knew all about it and that it had been over by Kiss and was sold out and had the cashier make calls for me to find another store that had some left and hold it for me.

Revelation (up until a couple of weeks ago) was no longer available for sale on WalMart.com, but now suddenly they have re-listed it. I wonder if they ended up pressing more copies or is this just some stock they were holding back on?

I had the displeasure of having to go to our Super Walmart today...the Kiss display was huge tons of signs and the CD was with the DVD...1/2 of one side of an asile....I found the Journey DVD on a end cap in the back with about 2 dozen copies no signage whatsoever and no CD's.... I went over to the Journey CD section all Perry Journey about 10 CD's total on copy of Arrival and....no copies of Revelation...who decides how the stuff is displayed??? Journey needs to ask because the people who are responsible are Kiss Fans

Time to go for broke and release Turn Down The World Tonight and/or Like A Sunshower. If, by some miracle, it catches on and gets some radio play...any radio play, you could really see another spike in Revelation and get the coveted 3X Platinum that the band really wants. When Pineda gets back in a few weeks to record they'd be fucking insane to not get on any and every TV talk show possible. They now have no excuses. They're not touring and they could easily move back recording.

Thats awesome news! I also saw that revelation is #8 on the top independent albums charts, and the greatest hits is back in the top 10 catalog albums. I wonder if any of the revelation singles will re-enter the charts.

"Not gonna do it" was the sentiment of virtually every person on here when Pineda came on board in regards to:

-New, original music...WRONG
-A DVD...WRONG (Twice!!!)
-A Gold album...(WRONG)
-A Platinum Album...WRONG (Twice, as it's double platinum!!!)
-Playing the new music...WRONG (3 to 5 Revelation songs at every show and 7 on the new DVD)
-Major appearances...WRONG (Super Bowl, Ellen and Oprah)

I guess you guys are due to be right sooner or later.

It still makes me laugh when I think back on how to some people, Pineda's hiring meant no new music from Journey and just the greatest hits from here on out since he was a "Perry mimic."

Bottom line, we were right and they were wrong. FLASHBACK: NOT GUILTY! Correct decision 2 1/2 years ago.

I want people to admit THEY were wrong. Tell me, a Soto fronted lineup would've match or surpass this past year. Hell, tell me how they would've got close. The line starts to the left. One at time. Lets hear it folks.

I will say that I was wrong... JSS would have been my choice... but thats just me....and success, might have happened but not like this...(its still not my thing though...) I thought Augeri was what the band needed to go with in 1998---he made us believe again that the music of the past was still the best int he world... They just could not get over the hump with him after awhile... Arnel brought a fresh face to the band and the energy to sing it for nowq... the future we shall see... same success??? who knows...

but dont forget, if JSS said no in 2006... the band would have been finished... and maybe Neal doesnt find Arnel on you tube then and gives up... just my 2 cents...

If JSS said no:

1. He would've been nuts.
2. They would've got someone else. Like I said, Soto may (or may not) have been the first choice, but I doubt he was the only choice.

Well...depending on where they're recording, I guess. Also, Kevin Shirley is a busy guy. I'd imagine they'd need to stay on schedule in order to have a new CD out by late spring, early summer.

If they aren't touring in 2010, the album won't be out at that time. No 2010 tour = no 2010 album. We'll see how it plays out.
