Perry sings Elvis

Postby Duncan » Sat Oct 17, 2009 8:56 am

Pure fantasy, but if Perry sang an album of Elvis covers what do reckon he could nail.

Lets make an old style LP. 5 songs each side. I'm bagging track 5 side 1.

Crying in the Chapel.

The only thing of Elvis's that Perry could "nail" these days is Lisa Marie.

I'm sure he could whistle Are you Lonesome Tonight while taking her from the rear. Ok, I reckon that's side 2 track 3. Next?

Me too. So humour me. Perry sings Elvis. I'll give you exclusive rights to track 1 side 1. That's a lot of pressure right there.

Sorry, I didn't understand your post. Where does that go on my LP. Think about it carefully. we don't want too get ballad heavy. Great choice, my favourite Elvis song.

Not so sure I'd like to hear SP singing an Elvis tune because he'd have to sing with a very low voice. Not what I invision.
I've never eaten a piece of sushi I didn't thoroughly enjoy.
