Time For Miracles - Adam Lambert (full song from 2012)

Love Adam, but not so much this song...sounds too generic & a bit countryish, but the end with his soaring voice is cool.

The "King" of haunting melodies, imo.

Very true...I love this beautiful song & so many of Nat King Cole's, especially "Nature Boy".

and, of course, the beautiful Keane song, Somewhere Only We Know.

Love, love Keane (saw them several times LIVE and they are always amazing)...I prefer this version of 'Love is the end' over the acoustic, 'tho (has that crazy saw): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eg5tE9bp ... re=related

http://www.youtube.com/user/Arianddu#p/ ... vABw3j844k Jordin Sparks and Chris Brown 'No Air'.

The lyrics sound like a first draft, to be honest, but the music itself is effective.
Why treat life as a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving in an attractive & well-preserved body? Get there by skidding in sideways, a glass of wine in one hand, chocolate in the other, body totally worn out, screaming WOOHOO! What a ride!

Did I post this one already - can't remember, but since it is close to Halloween I've been listening to my "Twilight" soundtrack.
The Black Ghosts, "Full Moon": http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-bBVdpeeUBM

And, I'm just throwing this one in 'cuz it's one of my favorite pieces of classical music and it always reminds me of this time of year. Khachaturian, "Masquerade suite":

Haven't seen that one yet Tam, interesting tune. Lot of different influences in there. Hard to categorize it. Almost a gothic cathedral type of sound.

A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort.
