When did Perry do the "Happy Birthday" song for Brian (?) that is running on YouTube? Was that recent??????

His voice sounds pretty good on it and I was just curious if this is any indication of how his voice might be currently.

No..that was ages ago. It was for Brian of "Mark & Brian" the radio show.

Oh...ok...any idea of "roughly" when? Are we talking late 1980's? 1990's? Pre-TBF?
