Even with MJJ gone, his numbers for this Associated Press article is a number 2. For Journey to do what they did is remarkable.

That's good. No it doesn't matter, but then they go into comparing it with their former "famed frontman, Steve Perry's," release at a point when he wasn't even around, with the replacement singer who has been said to be singing a "lion's share of the greatest hit." I guess that's to be, huh? Steve Perry hasn't actually performed with the band in over 22 years. No rerecords with Steve Perry for he sang on those hits that have sold over 40 million. By the way, what are the numbers and when was MJ's first release? Sorry!

Knack for the obvious. Past tense is what you said. Present tense has Journey with a #1 in a category. It is what it is. Steve not doing anything at all is his choice and his alone.

Article did not mention rerecords included in #1 DVD, but it went on to cite other things. Just felt like keeping things in perspective. Would that be truth or consequences?

WTF is your point exactly?

I can't figure out what he's talking about half the time.

Half the time? Then you're doing better than me.

Well...I was trying to be nice. Actually all I understand is something about MJ and Perry rerecording the Knack on a TV game show??

I just bought it and heard it, it was okay, fuckin neal was on fire, thats the best ive heard him, and dean was kick ass, Arnel kicked ass on the Rev, stuff, the journey stuff was good, i like the 2001 dvd better, at least there was some originality there. i was pissed on wheel in the sky ending,Augeri owned it and they still played it with no real vocal endings other than eke ake. and bullshit . i felt the same when i saw them do it live. friga should have gone to bed, he looked like an old piano teacher that hasnt tookin a shit for years. id rather see the dallas dvd with Augeri lipping and some wide open smiles than this clunker, it only cost me 10 bucks,it was worth 5.99

UK/Europe Release??

Postby cdjssfan » Fri Oct 30, 2009 1:24 pm

This may already have been covered previously but I can't be arsed looking through the whole thread, so.

Anyone know if the Live in Manila DVD is going to get a UK/Europe release??

Just that it's a tad prohibitive to get the DVD airmailed over and to try and get a region-free player just for one DVD.
