Hmmm. Maybe I should skip my Melatonin tonight and just listen to the Sting CD :lol:

Melatonin on the few times I've taken it always makes me feel a bit off the next day... not as bad as Nyquil or anything, but noticeable.

I sleep pretty well for the most part anyway. I used to just get really amped up before a sporting event I was playing in that required an early wakeup call.

Didn't believe u guys that this CD could be that bad so I had to have a listen online. Well, it is worse than bad - Not only is it a total bore, but Sting's voice sounds weird & creepingly low in tone. :shock: Just wanted to resurrect this thread in the event some poor fool was tempted to make this a stocking stuffer.
