This may have already been answered but I figured you all would help a gal out. What is up with the photo on the back of the Trial By Fire CD? Steve looks so sad and pained compared to the rest of the group. I have wondered this for years and this forum seems to be the only one with the most knowledgable people involved in the music industry who could know the answer.

Probably because he didn't want to be there.

Welcome, Tennessee!
I don't know if anyone really knows the story behind those pictures (or anything else that goes on in the mind of Perry for that matter). I always thought he looked like he was being held hostage. I suspect if you take all of the photos from that series, stacked them up in order, and flipped through them you could see Perry's eyes blinking out an S.O.S in Morse code.![]()

Now I live in Southern Middle TN about an hour from Chattanooga and Murfreesboro. Close to the University of the South or Sewanee as we call it. As for the pic, it is obvious that Steve is either in pain or doesn't want to be there or both. I just couldn't figure why whoever chose that picture would. It is TERRIBLE.
And for me thinking you all were music experts, this is where the ADD figures in. I thought the titles that came with the avatars were actual jobs!
Still, I have read a lot of posts and found a lot a good info and pics here. Seems like a good group. Thanks for the welcome.
